Very responsive, supportive, and positive with my questions about the product and order. This is the second interaction I have had over the years with this company and both times I have been impressed by the positive climate of its employees.

We purchased a rear wheelchair over 3 years ago for one of our dogs. Now we have another dog who needs it but we realized he would need the front support wheels as well. I contacted Walkin' Pets via their website and promptly got a response. Once I described our need I was directed to the exact product that would work with our existing wheelchair. I had the order completed in under a day. The extra wheel supports work great and our dog is quite happy to still be included in the daily walks.

Nami loves her wheels and had to buy another harness because she chewed through the original. But great service and fast delivery.

Helpful online fitting advice, with conversation by phone, and friendly service, helped get us to a reasonable fit first-time.

I have been ordering this brace at least twice a year the last 4 years. Mainly from Amazon until recently when they were unavailable. We found them directly on your website and ordered two to make sure it doesn’t wear out before we need a new replacement. Thank you so much!!

No one answers the phone number for customer service. For the Walkin' Front Splint, I ordered a XS for our Morkie 14.5 lbs and our vet said "there is no way this size fits a small dog its way too large".

Cart is working great. We had to U tube video to help and show us an easy way to get the dog into the cart. The video is a must and the procedure should be added to your manual.
