The item was way too small and it was a gift. I have been writing one email a week since October. No one will reach out to me to exchange my item and now I just want a refund.

Item didn’t fit as expected so followed the instructions to return the item. Sent back on a tracked and signed service. It was delivered 3 weeks ago now and still no refund?? Tried reaching out to the customer service email twice in the past week and no response. Tried messaging the Instagram account too but also no response. I work for a reputable small/medium sized online fashion brand and this is no way to treat a first time buyer. My order number is VUS347123, please can you resolve this ASAP.

Aside from their beautiful jewelry designs, their shipping is quick, their support staff are friendly and swift to respond to any issues, and the products are high quality, unique, beautiful pieces.

10/18/2022 I don’t normally do this but I would like to edit my previous review made on 10/14. I was contacted via e-mail by a nice person by the name of Kris who apologized and arranged for a replacement ring FREE OF CHARGE to be sent to me. The package was sent out on the 17th and on the next day I received my beautiful Exile Ring. Thank you again, Kris, I will definitely be a lifetime customer now! C.C Barrett New York

I bought an onyx gold plated ring a few months back. And approximately 5 months later the black onx fell out and got lost; definitely poor pasting or gluing job! After calling several times and leaving voicemails, there were no responses. I threw out the ring and would never order another item from Vitaly ever again. C. C. Barrett New York

Let me start off by saying, I was so nervous to order from Vitaly. Because of the reviews. I'm glad I put the bad reviews aside. I did anyway, because I loved their style of products. Placed order Sunday 9/18. Waited 2 days for them to ship. Called and asked how long it normally takes to ship because I ordered part of these items for gifts. They fast tracked my order & had it shipped by the next morning, 9/21. Recieved my order today, 9/21 Thursday. I'm stoked. Customer service was very helpful & understanding. No one picked up the first time I called, but I left a message & they called back within 15 min. I would order from here again, I hope all of these bad reviews are just bad experiences only & not how they do business. From my stand point & my experience, it has been nothing but awesome. Thank you Vitaly, for taking care of a new customer so well!
