Dont want to waste more time by explaining the disgusting customer service I received.

I have been consuming the collagen peptides for quite some time. I have never had issues ordering or receiving my orders on time.I can see the benefits of their collagen and will carry on ordering.

Absolutely disgusted that my order arrived today and the expiry date is less than 9 months! This is totally unacceptable.

Une catastrophe !!! J'ai commandé voici 2 semaines sur leur site, j'ai créé un compte et reçu la confirmation de la commande. Mais depuis 2 semaines, plus de son ! Mon colis est en cours de livraison mais introuvable, ma commande est introuvable sur leur site et mon compte, pourtant crée, est inexistant ! Je ne recommande de pas du tout ce site marchand !!!

As you receive the product, opening it requires you to be bound by their T&Cs and an (although they write it, not binding) arbitration clause. DO NOT BUY. It is not worth buying from a company that seeks to avoid its responsibilities. There’s a lot of actors in this market — do NOT support Vital Proteins. There’s many more responsible actors in the market.

Dreadful customer service. They can't even answer simple questions about the makeup of their collagen. Their staff don't know the science behind the product so how can we trust the brand? The recommended daily consumption of collagen is 10g, their suggested dosage is 20g. I presume that's because the molecule weight is so high that it can't be easily absorbed into the system - but no-one can tell me the Dalton weight!!?!! There are many reputable companies who offer high grade collagen. Choose a brand that has carried out scientific testing as opposed to these charlatons.

Very poor customer services. It’s not easy getting through and they don’t read the messages properly. The collagen I was using had an offensive smell to it … it was so bad I couldn’t use it. I asked for advice and if this was normal and because I had bought the product for Amazon they refused to comment and said I needed to go through Amazon. I won’t be using vital collagen again. I will take my business elsewhere

Don't buy this product or buy from vital proteins if you do.Customer service very poor .There Web site generated wrong postcode didnt confirm went to a different address. When I found out 10 days later the told me not there liability go get it from address .I travelled to postcode and found my product had been used asked them again and they said not our problem .I wrote a review they didn't put it up as they don't put negative reviews about customer care or negative about product eg generated postcodes ,can't cancel subscriptions,lead in previous products ,or damage all true reviews but only keep positive up .Beware!
