I'm new to Vital Proteins collagen peptides. Too early for results but it is odourless & tasteless. After reading negative reviews about taste & odour, you question whether these people had a bad batch or something else? It has far less, nil, olfactory presence than some of the top brands I've trialled.

I buy this from Holland and Barrett so can't comment on the customer service or delivery time from the actual company. I've been using the product for 3 months. In this time I've had so much new hair growth, all round my hair line! Over an inch of new hair, and it is beginning to feel a little bit thicker all over the scalp too (I have naturally fine, straight hair) which I am really pleased about. I haven't seen any difference in skin. I work out a lot and find that I never get sore joints or get injuries, although this could be due to Omega 3 as well. In terms of taste and texture, I put two scoops a day into my morning coffee. It dissolves easily. It does make the coffee very slightly thicker than normal and it has a slightly sweet taste, but it is pleasant. You will notice this in your drink. If you don't like that, try it in a smoothie so the fruit flavours cover it up. I haven't tried it in cold drinks as I don't think it would break down well. Overall I am happy with this and will keep taking it, maybe with a break every few months due to the cost.

I purchase my product from Costco. If I have an issue, I've never had a problem returning it. I have never dealt with Vital Proteins company directly. I have been using their product for 2+ years now and love it. I do not care for any of Vital Proteins flavored collagen proteins. The unflavored is great. It leaves little or no taste to the drinks I add it to mostly to hot liquids. I don't care for it in water or iced tea. I add it to a hot drink, and it dissolves quickly with no clumping. The downfall for me is adding it to cold liquids. There is terrible clumping and the clumps become slimey. It never really dissolves except if I add it to a smoothy or a cold drink that I prepare in my Nutri-bullet or blender. I don't know if this is limited to Vital Proteins or if a powdered collagen supplement, in general, has this character. I've read that most powdered collagen supplements do not mix well in cold liquids, the secret to mixing collagen into cold liquids is, mixing it first in room temperature liquid, once dissolved, then pour and stir into your cold liquid and mix as usual. This seems to work much better for mixing into cold liquids that you aren't using a blender to mix with. You do need to allow for some additional prep time as you need to have your liquid at room temperature ahead of time.

Ive been ordering this collagen peptides via amazon, its cheaper and arrives on time and does what it says on the packet, pure product, dissolves, no additives. Im happy so far

I have been ordering from this company for over a year and have never had a problem with my order, delivery to UK. I usually stick to the same product Collagen Peptides 567g but recently tried Beauty Collagen 255g as it was on offer. To be honest I prefer the original, I wasn't keen on the flavouring.
