No costumer service: I tried to disconnect my service when I…
I tried to disconnect my service when I moved, I had equipment I wanted to return, but they wouldn’t take it except at specific locations. None of the locations were near me so they said they’d send me a return label and I could drop it off at UPS. Unfortunately they never sent that label despite me calling and requesting it several times. Additionally when I would call the automated system it request you to enter a phone number to be connected to an agent, I repeatedly entered my phone number correctly, and it would read it back incorrectly and refuse to connect me to an agent because “that is not a valid phone number”. So now I just paid $212 for equipment that I threw in the trash when I finally resigned myself to not being able to return it never using Verizon again. The only way I was eventually even able to pay the bill by getting a live agent was to call their “disability service number”.
