If I could give them a zero I would. They want to charge a fee to talk to a customer service representative. They don't care if you have been loyal to them. They love screwing people over.

Well, after a 17yr run, not only am I DONE, but I am seeking a class action attorney to investigate deceptive business practices. I just wasted an entire day trying to file the first and only insurance claim on our acct. and was denied. My bill reads " Tot Mbl Protect MD Biz 3-10". I was told this would provide Acct wide protection for our equipment. I checked my bill, there is nothing on the individual lines that delineates whether that equipment is or is not covered. Now that I have a dead phone, go figure, they arbitrarily decide that device is not covered. Not only have they lost a loyal customer, now they have a very pissed off, vindictive customer.

The one star was because I couldn't go less-seriously I've been with them since the Qualcomm days-this company has fallen off the radar when it comes to customer support. They bill for people who've passed on, and refuse to listen to reason about it-they billed me one moth for only 6 calls over 200 USD...I have 3 lines but they are all WIFI-yet they refuse to change the plan, allow easy login (I can't) and adjust the rates to accommodate-all of that is non-existent-T Mobile shares will rise, Burry will address this one-little doubt...the big short-they cannot succeed with the game plan they have now-they act as if, they are getting ready to sell, merge or dissolve

WAY OVER PRICED. IF YOU HAVE A PAST DUE PAYMENT THEY DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN ONLY AI VOICE BOT DEMANDING PAYMENT TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN. FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT SUPERVISOR TELLS YOU MAKE A PAYMENT ON THE APP TO RESTORE SERVICE BUT IS FALSE SERVICE STILL STAYS OFF. THEY COMPLETELY SHUT YOU OUT AS A CUSTOMER WITH A PAST DUE. IT TOOK ME HOURS TO FINALLY REACH THE HIGHER UPS TO RESTORE SERVICE MANUALLY.

I’m so frustrated with Verizon. I left one carrier to lower my bill through Verizon. When I switched over, I was told that they would pay my old provider a payoff fee. So I traded my new phone with them, September 8th, not being told that I had to have a certain plan which was $114.84 and keep that plan for 6 months. If I had been told all of that, I would’ve never left my old provider. I feel like I was a scam because now they have refuse to pay anything for switching providers. So I would advise you if you want to go to Verizon ask them about all the fine print that they will not tell you about and you’ll be stuck paying for two phones and only have one.

I have no idea how they win Customer Service awards. Verizon Business is the absolute worst. I've wasted nearly 5hrs over two months attempting to fix a billing error. Not resolved and I'm still chatting with them. No response. The worst.

I tried to switch to Verizon from my current internet and cell services, but their MAIN PHONE NUMBER, where established and NEW customers are supposed to call for all sorts of issues get ensnared in a busted AI maze that is almost impossible to escape. The AI voice kept asking me for my phone number on file and my account number, and I kept saying I don't have one because I'm not a customer yet. It kept saying it was no problem and those details could be tracked down later (even though they don't exist) but then it kept going back to asking me for my customer identification details. After about seven or eight goes at this and my frustration building, it finally said it would connect me to an AUTOMATED system to further handle my request, but then a voice came on that sounded more like a human, so I asked sheepishly, "Are you a human?" To which the answer was, "Yes, I am a human REPRESENTATURE," and I responded, "Uhhh, yeah, never mind, thanks," and hung up. The "human" tried to call me back but I dropped the call. I saw on Reddit that support reps in foreign countries are being made to use AI voice changers to make them "more understandable" to American customers, and if that's what I encountered here, it ain't working and in fact it gives me the creeps. It's also quite literally dehumanizing to do that to people you're using because they're cheaper for your insatiable bottom line. WHY WHY WHY would you make your main 800 number such a pile of unusable trash? I know one thing now, I will avoid Verizon like the plague and stick with my current service providers who are gouging me in spite of -- because of? -- being a customer of many, many years. Life is hard, expensive, and demoralizing enough as it is, and tech billionaires wonder why the world (well, maybe not their self-interested shareholders) hate them and everything they stand for. Breaking every aspect of life to squeeze out more pennies from every dollar is a business model only very sick, depraved goons can justify. Nice job, Verizon -- 4-year lock customer LOST.

0 Customer service, spent hours on phone trying to resolve an issue for 2 months now, no resolution. Hold time each call has 1 hour + wait time. This is one terrible company.
