What's with all the error messages? Can't do a thing with it.

How is it possible for a company such as Verizon with all their resources still unable to resolve simple petty issues. My Husband and I purchased 2 Iphones during Christmas of 2019, we decided to return them and go a different route. How is it possible that Verizon sends us a bill for 2 unpaid phones months down the line stating that we never returned the phones? Is it honestly impossible for Verizon to track down the serial numbers and figure out who now actually owns the phones? Especially if they were returned to the original store of purchased and then resold? Or is it the lack of caring and pure laziness to take that extra step and confirmed that the 2 phones were indeed returned and then resold. Customer service team at the call center states go to the store and the store which is now closed due to CoVid-19 cannot be reached. How is this even remotely possible that nothing can be done and no one can assist?

Verizon, love their signal, but HATE their price. Grandfathered on their data plan but I will no longer pay the outrageous fee. The majority of the carrier resellers use the Verizon network anyway, so why pay the price that VZ command? See you later VZ, but please do keep increasing your dividend.

I wish I could give a negative 5. FRAUD!!! They won’t allow you to post a review on google!!! That says enough on its own! Totally take advantage of customers. They make it impossible to contact them and I paid for unlimited Prepaid data (which was limited speed they never told me that) and it only took place weeks after the purchase (which I wasn’t told at the time of purchase either). Just to be safe to prevent coming back into The store I said if it doesn’t work what should I do. He said take the battery out and put it back in. I walked out of there having paid $79 thinking I had received the product I paid for but only to find out later I had been taken advantage of. Sure enough,The product didn’t work! After many hours on the phone on hold, my frustration from an unreliable product and terrible customer service grew. I decided I don’t want to be with Verizon anymore. I had to go into a store because no one answers the phones. After 2 hours in the store I was told they can give back me a portion of my money back in a cheque sent via post!!! What a joke! It’s 2020. Then I said no, (because I’m a tourist so that won’t work for me) I asked them to then make the pre paid data I paid for work immediately as I asked for last week. They were only able to give me a small portion of the data onto my device. (In other words.... limited not unlimited) it’s all false advertising!!! They then told me because it’s prepaid, they are doing me a favour!!!! Can you believe it! Dealing with Verizon is like Like this: You purchase a product (for example a hamburger) and then they say you can’t eat it until next week and then when you get there next week to eat the burger they say you can only eat half the burger because you paid for it in cash not on card & if you want your money back (because the burger is horrible) they will only send you a cheque in the post weeks later. This company is FRAUDULENT! Watch out!!!

I was ripped off and lied to about offers. I was charged full rate and the install fee when I had asked about offer for $5 off + no setup fee. I still get charged full amount? And I call multiple times only to be told that over-the-phone reps can not even see online offers nor could they assure me I would receive my discounts. Verizon is a racket - please avoid dealing with them. If you do business with them then record every single conversation and keep all correspondence so when they do lie and attempt to rip you off you can call them out on it.
