Jasper of Verizon store in Oakleaf plantation, orange park, Florida was wonderful. I needed a phone immediately as to my iPhone 15 broke and damaged and I just needed an immediate sale to be able to reach my family . He did everything to help me and I truly appreciate his service .

Bad company for any service
We have been waiting for our gift cards to pay off T Mobile since February! Worst thing we ever did was switch to Verizon. Worst customer service we have ever experienced! We are now in collections with T Mobile because we were lied to by Verizon. I dont recommend Verizon to anyone! I am going to go to channel 12 if this is not resolved to see what they say...it won't be good! I hope you get bought out by another Mobile company because you dont deserve even a one star!

Incredible customer service
I just wanted to let everyone about the incredible customer service that I received from a customer service representative at our local Verizon store. We went in because my phone had bit the dust and I really didn't know what to do when we were approached by a young lady with an incredible smile. Korrine welcomed us in and had us sit down and tell her why we had come it. Korrine took the time to explain and answer all of my questions without making me feel stupid. If you're looking to switch, upgrade or just want to experience amazing customer service run don't walk to the Anderson Verizon and ask for Korrine, you definitely won't be disappointed!

Customer Service Nightmare
Three weeks, three failed attempts, approximately 11–14 hours with customer service, and a day off work—and I’m still using a defective phone.
What should have been a straightforward warranty replacement became one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with a major company.
First, a representative ordered the wrong device. A second representative ordered the correct phone, but instead of processing a warranty replacement, added a new line of service to my account without my authorization. I took a day off work to sign for that delivery, only to discover what had actually been ordered.
On the third attempt, I was sent to a Verizon store to pick up the replacement. The appointment had been scheduled, but the replacement order had never been sent to the store.
In total, I’ve spent approximately 8–10 hours on chat and another 3–4 hours on the phone. Three weeks later, the original problem remains unresolved, and my confidence in Verizon is gone.
If you’re considering Verizon, consider how much your time is worth—and what happens when you need support. In my experience, even a basic warranty replacement resulted in repeated errors, an unauthorized account change, and hours of effort without a resolution.

They had me switch from another company…
They had me switch from another company with the promise of perks. I was supposed to get 2 free phones. Now 1 is free and I'm paying $55 a month for the other. I was supposed to have a lower Frontier and Netflix bill and am not getting either. I'm also now in alot af areas with no service. Plus I'm stuck for 3 years or will pay full price for other phone too

To whom it may concern:
I just wanted to share my additional appreciation and recognition to Jeff A. (Verizon Technical Support Personnel) for his help on October 06, 2026. I was notified via email on September 15, 2026, and Action Required: Download your Content Anywhere files before October 30, 2026. I followed all recommended instructions to no avail. Finally, I was able to speak to Jeff A. (Verizon Technical Support Personnel) and I was treated with the upmost respect and very high level of professionalism. He took the time to listen to my concerns and issues and per his instructions, Illustration and data download completion accordingly. Verizon should use Jeff A. as examples to others on how to provide customer support in a very timely manner. THANKS JEFF!

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. I got a new Fios subscription, everything set up by a Verizon technician. Internet doesn't work 50% of the time. The Chatbot is terrible, the voicebot as well. Online troubleshooting once logged in does not work (the troubleshooting itself is faulty!), the chatbot said I would be able to schedule an appointment with a technician but if that's possible, Verizon hides this option so well that one cannot find it. Absolutely disappointing.
