hours and hours later, they can't find my phone number so the port and switch to their wireless service cost me my phone number and so much time. I tried to switch from AT&T and have now been without a phone or text ability for 2 days. They can't find my phone number in their system even though they took it from AT&T and that service was shut off. Their solution, call them - I have explained to obtuse people 13 times that I can't make or receive calls or texts. Thank a whole heap Verizon - useless!

Verizon is a fraud my fiancé applied and got approved for 2 used pre owned phones and paid his money for them ($108 taken straight off his card) then tried to confirm his identity through a bogus link that was invalid then he was told to go into a corporate store which was on 12 mile and mound they were so unprofessional the women that helped him was rude and didn't care to help she wouldn't do her job the rep on the phone tried to do a callback to speak to the woman at the corporate store and she stated and I quote " no I don't want to talk to her , I don't want anything to do with them" and wouldn't grab the phone to speak to the phone rep so she could talk her through the process then instead of verifying his identity with his State ID card that the previous reps told him to bring in as well as the email conformation the woman in the store then proceeded to put him in another app even though that's not what she's supposed to do she then was advised by her superior manager to give us a number and she couldn't help us then we got all the way home and called the number the rep on the phone sent yet another link and my fiancé was able to upload his State ID and it was approved he got the email for the approval she then continued on to say that she couldn't send the phones but she would connect us to someone who could and when we were connected to him he then said that my fiancés application for 2 PREOWNED not new phones couldn't be approved without even giving him a reason Verizon is so unprofessional and is fraudulent his address Sate ID and name and email and social all matched if he wasn't approved they shouldn't have took his money in the first place and if the corporate stores wasn't able to handle verifying peoples identities then how will they sell phones I'm pretty sure you have to verify a person's identity to sign them up for phones they not just giving them to anyone so with that being said I'm in the means to sue Verizon and all the employees that were too incompetent to do their jobs that includes the females at the corporate store on 12mile and mound they failed to do their jobs in even the smallest way i think the manager at that store needs to be demoted due to her lack of customer service training she needs to be retrained and the sales rep there needs to be fired due to her lack of knowledge to handle the situation she shouldn't have picked a job she doesn't know how to do she needs to be fired and action needs to be taken in order for this not to happen to anyone else and I'm emailed the CEOs of Verizon to let them know that the people they left in charge to handle these issues aren't fit for their profession

Four hours late in opening. Only one agent on duty. She was a young girl who had no authority to do anything on her own. Manager apparently was not concerned enough to some in during staffing shortage to help with the 5 customers who were waiting. Ended up canceling a new, $1,200 I-phone due to "no authority" by agent. Tomorrow will be on my way to a corporate store to cancel my entire Verizon plan. Will never do business with them again. This was at the New Albany, Ohio (New Albany Rd) store. 8/1/24

I am 67 years old have 40 years experience in IT. This is the worst experience ever encountered during this time. No testing of quality assurance, breathtakingly poor signposting of help and withering contempt for the customer. I have tried for a whole day to change my credit card details on online account. On the email I received, the links didn’t work and the telephone number was no longer in use.I successfully completed the same procedure with Netflix in 30 seconds - as it should be. The online chat didn’t work. I telephoned the UK company and was given email addresses and telephone numbers that also didn’t work, whilst being transferred between one person to the next. When I try to access my business account for settings to amend my details, it takes me back to the logon page for a personal, not business account and back to square one. I contacted the company via Facebook and yes, guess what? Send me back to the beginning - it’s like a game of snakes and ladders, but with no ladders. I would strongly advise anyone who wishes to remain sane to avoid this dysfunctional company that treats its customers with barely disguised contempt. Surely there should be a prize for being this bad. One star is one too many. It’s in minus territory

Verizon is overpriced. I’d be more than happy to pay more if their representatives were in the US. It’s hard to understand their representative that are in different countries. The reps are rude - I had an autopay set up for the 30th of July yet my phone got disconnected on the 18th. It took me an hour just to get through to a representative then she charged me an extra 10 dollars for the reconnection of the service even though I have autopay. After I pay my devices off I’ll be switching from Verizon. I’ll also be returning my new line I just got last week. I’m absolutely done giving them my money.

Spent four hours on their website trying to get new service. Tech on the other end, named Sarah did not have good command of the English Language. Kept transitioning back to her native language in the script. Kept confusing the two plans with one another. Had to continuously refer her to her own texts questioning the validity. DID NOT TELL ME THAT MY PHONE WOULD BE DISCONNECTED immediately. Left me without coverage. Had to call tech support where again I dealt with someone who I had difficulty understanding. I have a common name, they could not make out what I was saying....called ME BOB although my name is Paul. Had to spend an addition two hours in the retail store getting my phone to work. HORRIBLE experience!

Being charged because they had a mall function with flight mode. So they charged me for roaming on an unlimited international plan. For over 600... They apologize and gave 79 dollars refund. What about their other 521 dollar mistake?
