Worst internet provider in the world!. don't believe their annoying repetitive advertisements. As someone who has had verizon for almost 15 years they constantly mess up my bill and charge me more. Also their internet is very weak as someone who games regularly. Constant black outs, system failing etc. I cannot wait to switch to xfinity.

I HATE this internet company
I HATE this internet company. The connectivity issues are insane. I can be in the middle of a game when the internet suddenly goes out for a minute. When it comes back, I've lost everything I've accomplished, and this happens constantly—every single day, every 10 minutes. We've contacted customer support numerous times, but they always blame our devices, even though we’re using ones they've personally recommended. We recently replaced our Verizon router due to these issues and are using the top-of-the-line wifi adapters they suggested. It’s insane!

My experience was quite unpleasant
My experience was quite unpleasant. I bought an Apple phone at the Sweetwater store in National City. When I arrived, the staff seemed wonderful, and I believed their strategy. They told me, "If you switch carriers, we'll give you a free Apple 17 phone." at the end, of the transition, they charged me $410.92. They said it was just taxes, but I continued to trust them and paid. The phone never worked properly. After 18 days, I went back for a refund or to have it repaired, but they couldn't. They refunded me $370, not the $410.95, but I thought, "Well, at least I'll get something." The money was never deposited into my account. I called Virizon, billing center, and they asked for the receipt they sent me by email. I was never able to see it; I couldn't open it. But the billing people did, and it said I had only paid $140. Who kept the rest of the money? Is this fraud? Obviously, Verizon administration told me they were going to report them, but in the meantime, I have neither my money nor my phone. Be careful, and ask to see the actually receipt, for your purchase. This is truly frustrating, and it's happening. Be alert, don't be fooled.

After 25 years as a loyal Verizon…
After 25 years as a loyal Verizon customer, I experienced frequent increases and poor customer service. I switched to another provider. The auto pay continued after my cancellation. After 2 months and repeated calls I had to cancel my card. Now I have a notice from a collection agency. In 25 years I NEVER had a late payment. I can understand why people have left Verizon by the thousands in the past 6 months. There are much better wireless providers tha Verizon.

I had Verizon every month bill would…
I had Verizon every month bill would always change 1 month is was 276.00 for a business unlimited phone then the next month it was 389.00 the next month 254.00 the next month 439.00. I called Verizon and asked why? I stated that none of this was bright up when I got the phone and that I would pay for the service and along with the monthly price for the phone. To me Verizon is a scam the customer service never can give you a straight answer every person you talk to gives you to run around and always comes up with different answers. Their managers are a joke. They say one thing you completely don’t do it. Verizon is a scam. They suck. They lied to you. They’re just a piece of shit company. That’s why I went to somewhere else. At least my bills stay the same every month.

Verizon: From 1st to Worst
Verizon processes have become the worst in the industry. Disorganized, non-transparent in communications and very uncoordinated. I was with them 20 years and would NOT recommend VZW services over another provider at this time. They just can't get it right anymore.

Horrible customer service for Business
Horrible customer service for Business. Every 2 years we update our equipment and Verizon ALWAYS fails. Deactivates old devices without permission. Unable to create a smooth migration process to new devices. Sales teams never follow through or know what they are doing. From Activation to IT epic failures. No one cares.
