My daughter has had a Venustus heated vest all winter, and loves it. So I ordered one for my wife. It was only available in black, but OK. 2 days later Venustus sent me an email with a new sale, offering the vest for less $, and also in purple. Their customer service was 10+ out of 10. They returned all my messages, called me, and refunded 100% of original order. Then they gave me the sale price for the new purple vest. They even covered shipping for the return.

I absolutely love my heated vest!!! I bought my mother and I both a vest for Christmas and I am so happy that I did. Customer service was outstanding. They called me every day until I received my order. Perfect timing for my mother’s Christmas gift. So glad that I decided on the brand!!!!

I got a gift for Christmas that needed to be resized. MYRR was very helpful in helping me sort out my issues and getting me what I needed very good communication very professional yet friendly.

Had a problem after one year with the battery connection. It was diagnosed over the phone and a replacement battery arrived in a few days, at no charge.

The jacket I ordered was defective, and the customer service helped me thru the entire process and really cam thru for me. Their assistance was outstanding!

They have great communication. Customer service is important but it encompasses a lot. Which is why I wanted to specifically mention communication. Really love the Vests and the customer service.

I’ve enjoyed my Venustas heated vest. It is the perfect winter accessory. When it stopped working, calling customer service was also quite the easy process.
