The heated vest works so great I ordered 2. unfortunately one stopped working and, working with (samantha) got me a warrenty claim going and will send out a replacement. Customer service was fast and helpful.

I bought my vest just over a year ago and have used it nearly every day. It helps to loosen up my tight muscles and keeps my chilly hands warm. The battery is easy to charge up overnight. My only complaint is I wish it lasted longer on the medium setting and that it wasn’t so bulky. Customer service has gone above and beyond to help me troubleshoot any problems as well. If you are on the fence about it, I would definitely give one a try.

I love the jacket and that the liner separates for a lighter fit. Customer service support was so responsive, getting back to me within 24 hours of my initial correspondence. They are taking the appropriate steps to assist me since my jacket stopped turning on. This is my first time reaching out to them for support and I’ve been pleasantly surprised with their approach to resolving the issues with my jacket!

I am now very happy with my vest. It’s working even better than I thought. However, when I first received it, I thought it was defective so mailed it back to get a new one. When I got the second one, again, didn’t seem to be working. This time I called the company. I was on hold for a long time but I finally connected with a rep who walked me through the process. The written directions just didn’t work for me. So that’s why I’m giving this a 4/5. If you find that the warming isn’t happening, my advice is to call them first a walk through. Don’t give up!

I purchased a Venustas heated vest in 2022 and for the first few seasons I genuinely loved it. The vest was comfortable and fit well. It quickly became my go-to piece in winter, and I took good care of it. It was never washed, never abused, and was used only as intended. At the beginning of last winter, the vest began to malfunction. The heating system would not stay on and would intermittently shut off. Pressing the power button in certain spots would cause it to briefly turn on and then immediately turn off again, which appeared to be an internal control or wiring issue rather than a battery problem. I tested multiple batteries with the same result. I contacted Venustas customer support and provided a detailed explanation along with a video clearly showing the defect. While the vest was outside the one-year warranty period, I explained that the failure occurred under normal use and far earlier than I would expect for a premium heated garment. Customer support did respond and worked through the issue with me over several emails, but they ultimately offered to fix this issue and make it right valuing their customers over profits Overall, the product itself was excellent when it worked, and the support process did move toward a solution. happy at the outcome and looking forward to support the brand
