VenustasReviews of venustas.com

I had some questions about my Venustas heated jacket. I emailed them, and they very quickly responded. We went back and forth a few times, and they were wonderful. I love my heated jacket and would recommend it to anyone!

I have a Venustas heated coat that I love and wear ALL the time. It has kept me warm & comfortable on the coldest days! The company was very helpful and responsive when I had an issue after wearing the coat for a year and a half. Thank You!

The vest fit perfect and even though I was inside I didn’t want to take the vest off. Soft fleece, high collar and then I tried the heat. I have yet to turn it up to high and on a chilly 40F morning I was perfect. Didn’t feel a breeze and the pockets are nice and warm. Sure the battery is a little heavy but I have yet to use up half a charge after 2 hours at medium. With or without the battery it’s comfortable. I did have a problem with the charging cord, it didn’t work. I called customer service and they responded promptly, said they could send a new cord or give me a $5 credit. Took the cord and got it 2 days later. Nice, courteous and quick

Not only do I love my heated vest, their customer service is top notch! I ordered a vest for my mom that needed a different size, they were very responsive and even sent the new vest before I even shipped the other one. Highly recommend this company!!

The entire team at Venutas is AWESOME.. Not only are they super responsive, eager to assist but kind and thoughtful.. A rare combo that goes a long way. Of course the product speaks for itself! I've loved every interaction I've had, their follow-up, and willingness to do what it took to satisfy my concerns/issues.

Good customer service. Resolved my issue and sent replacement when heater coil stopped working.

I had a great experience with this company. Their customer service team was extremely responsive and professional, and they took the time to carefully understand my issue. Communication was clear and timely throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. They went above and beyond to help resolve the problem and ultimately exchanged the product free of charge, which truly shows how much they value their customers. The process was smooth, fair, and stress-free. I am very satisfied with the service and support I received, and I would confidently recommend this company to others looking for reliable products and excellent customer care.

I love this vest! It does the job keeping me warm on cold days from skiing to watching kids games outside on chilly mornings. I did have an issue with the heating element going out, but Venustas customer service was exceptional with following through with the warranty.
