Have a Venustas heated vest for about 2years now. Watched many of my kids football,baseball and field hockey games all while keeping the chill out! Recently the vest would not heat up. Through trial and error we figured out it was a wiring issue. Venustas is honoring the warranty for me! I am very happy with their customer service and would recommend and purchase their product again

The heated vest works so great I ordered 2. unfortunately one stopped working and, working with (samantha) got me a warrenty claim going and will send out a replacement. Customer service was fast and helpful.

I bought a jacket from Venustas in 2023, it was very comfortable, fit very well, came with an included battery that has lasted through, and 3 heat settings. After about 3 years the button stopped working. I did email the company to ask about a potential for repair, they told me this would not be possible and is out of warranty, and then offered to send me a new one! I truly never expected such a great offer, I definitely recommend their products and am definitely wowed by the commitment to customers! 5 stars for sure!

I really love Venustas products, especially their jackets! We got the waterproof jackets, my husband and I both love them! The socks have also been great at keeping us warm, especially in colder weather. The customer service has been great whenever I've needed assistance. They've been helpful and responsive, and I appreciate the effort they put into helping their customers. We've really enjoyed our Venustas products and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality products to keep warm!

The heated vests are the best! Everyone in my household has one and they keep us warm during cold outdoor activities! They are must have during outdoor sporting event and keep us toasty in the stands cheering on the game! Just buy it and you wont regret it!!

I had bought my wife a Venustas heated jacket that she absolutely loved. Unfortunately the jacket stopped working. Contacted customer service worked with me trouble shooting why it stopped heating. They were very knowledgeable and responsive and patient while we figured the issue. Communication was great and within a week we received a replacement jacket. Without hesitation I would recommend anyone looking at purchasing a heated jacket to buy one from Venustas!!!!
