Quality of the tumbler. The outer part is superb but the inside is not. Materials of the inside shred every time you close/open the cover and it might be hazardous if in will be intake continously. The inside part of the cover has visible scratches as it collided on the tumbler

The time of shipping was awful. The overall quality of the cup feels cheap and the lid does not feel secure. It also locks right where the handle is.

Terrible company customer service is a joke the lid to the cup i ordered came broken and refuse to answer my emails

Hello, we have already responded to your previous emails requesting a picture of the broken cup lid, but you did not send it. We have now contacted you again to confirm the issue. Once confirmed, we will process the request and send you a replacement cup lid.
