Throne of Glass Prints
The prints were exactly what I wanted and pictured. They came about a month later. The communication for shipping and when the items were to arrive could have been better.

Nothing Shines Through on Covers
It took a while to get here and I was a bit disappointed overall. From the pictures I thought the cover would show light through it. It doesn't. I got both sides done with the dragon design and nothing shows through.

Replacement on the way
The company remade the cup. I am hopeful it will be the one I ordered. Customer service has been great.

Hmm, I've resent it. I've been working too much lately, and my child keeps waking up in the middle of the night, so my eyes are aching. Hopefully the new one is exactly what you wanted and there are no more errors. Thank you for your understanding.

The cup is exelente I love it
The cup is exelente I love it. The only thing is the lid. When I tighten the lid, the hole always ends up towards the handle, and that's a shame. If I take the rubber of the lid I have enough twist that is perfect.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We're really glad to hear that you love the cup. Regarding the lid, we understand how it can be a bit inconvenient when the drinking hole aligns with the handle. Removing the rubber seal does give you more flexibility, but please be cautious, as the seal helps prevent leaks. We truly appreciate your input and will pass it along to our design team for future improvements!
