This Tumbler came out beautifully and keeps drinks cold very well.

The mug itself is good quality but I received no communication for 2 weeks following my order, then I was notified it shipped and it just showed up the next day. All of that would be fine except I ordered the teal mug and received the white one. The same day I messaged the company about it and not received a reply since.

Customer service was terrible. I wrote them an email stating my order number, and concern regarding the delay in processing my order(this info was based off of the order status button on my order confirmation) I was told to check my order status. Completely disregarded the fact I told them I had been checking it. So I wrote again stating I had checked it and nothing had changed. I then received an email stating it had shipped later that evening. I placed my order 8/3. It is now 8/27 and I still haven’t received the order. Also the company claims to be based in the us but it is very clear after ordering it is a Chinese company.

This travel mug is so beautiful. It's lazer engraved, and the colours are perfect!

It’s adorable! I’m very happy with my purchase

Shipping from china so give it 2 weeks to deliver but that doesn’t deserve removing a star because I knew that chose to order anyway.

Still haven’t received my order, been weeks and I only ordered a cup, reached out for an update with no response

The prints were exactly what I wanted and pictured. They came about a month later. The communication for shipping and when the items were to arrive could have been better.
