The mug itself is good quality but I received no communication for 2 weeks following my order, then I was notified it shipped and it just showed up the next day. All of that would be fine except I ordered the teal mug and received the white one. The same day I messaged the company about it and not received a reply since.

I love the way the cup looks, I ordered 2. The one I ordered as a gift is perfect! Liquid stays cold and it insulates very well. That one was a black tumbler. Mine was a colored cup and it doesn't insulate at all. Nothing stays cold which is the reason for the ratings I wish it was more insulated and not just really pretty

Is the lid loose? If it is, just message me and I'll exchange it for another one. This tumbler is made of the same type of stainless steel with multiple layers.

I'll start with the good. When placing the order, I made a mistake in the delivery address, but it was quickly corrected by contacting support. Unfortunately, that's where the advantages end. The order was processed with a huge delay (24 days before delivery starts) and only after several additinal requests to support. And after receiving it, it turned out that the size was wrong... I ordered sizes S and L, but received 2 with sizes S... Very upset. UPDATE: The store offered to exchange the sweatshirt for the correct size, which is a professional step on their part. Unfortunately, the item had already been forwarded to another country, making the exchange impossible. The rating in my review has been improved to reflect their effort to resolve the issue.

That's what I said, but the reason it takes so long to process orders is because there are so many of them. And you know what? I was holding my baby in one arm while designing that custom embroidered shirt for you with the other!

Loved the communication! I was informed every step of the way. Wish other companies/services were up to your standards. The reason I didn’t give you a 5-star rating was because of the quality of the sweater. The sweater seemed like it was a medium/large instead of a 2XL. I also didn’t like the color combo. The sweater was a pretty marroon but the color of the thread was a canary yellow. I was bummed!

The purse I purchased is well made, I like the lining too. I was disappointed that I was not able to choose my font for the customization and it came back in bubble letters, which to me cheapened it. I believe auto correct changed Feyre to fayra and while it went through inspection, they didn’t catch it. I didn’t catch it and now I have an 82.00 purse with a misspelled name in childish bubble letters. Little disappointed. Other than the customized part the purse is nice.
