Very quick & easy, sent my email last night & had a reply in the morning ! And it was a good reply, Laura in customer service did a great job ! !

The customer service was extremely attentive and fast-responding. I had an issue with the mail carrier delivering my order to the wrong address and Laura from customer service speedily and efficiently corrected the situation. I highly recommend this company, their service and their products.

Laura was great. She checked in to make sure I was getting the insoles I needed. I will continue to use Bilt Labs as they invest time in making a product you can count on.

I didn't end up going with Billy Labs, but their customer service is top notch. They provided me with a refund quick and easy. Proceed without fear!

I had some concerns about my orthotic order and sent these to Bilt Labs. Laura answered each of my concerns in a most professional manner. Refreshing in this day and age I must say.

Just wanted to follow up on a previous post. I reordered on my original mold (alot of shoes), but wanted additional heel padding; not only did they say yes, they want me to send back the first insoles they delivered to adjust those as well!! Pretty class act, just saying..

I think that Bilt Labs is a no-risk option for those needing more support than is offered by standard shoe insoles. They offer multiple adjustments to their orthotics, and will promptly refund your original purchase price if you are not satisfied after the third pair. To be clear, the orthotics did not end up working for me, but I know they do for many, and it is worth a try -- you will not be out any money. It is a great business model. 5 stars for their business, 3 stars because I ended up returning them. Shout out to Laura M. who promptly and cheerfully handled my refund.
