Great customer service and excellent product

This company stands by its product. I was so excited to receive my insoles, but was unable to wear them I tried and tried, but the foot pain was unbearable. I reached out to the company and Laura (God bless her) asked questions. I have extreme pain in both feet. Plantar fascitus. Spelled wrong, sorry. It is horrific, can't stand for long periods of time or garden, cook etc. She is having new ones made for me and we will try again! I'm truly excited again. I want my life back. What an amazing company and employee! I will be 74 soon and I'm raring to go. Thank you Laura for caring. I will update with progress after I receive them and acclimate my feet to them. Lynne

Laura from Bilt Labs is the best! I'm a repeat customer and I must say that Laura cares for her customers and is a very caring person—very refreshing these days! Before you even send back your impression kit you have a questionnaire to help further personalize your insert comfort and performance. Laura emailed me a question about mine because I need a small lift for my left foot since my left leg is just a little shorter than my right. I got back to her and she responded immediately. I decided to lessen the amount of the lift and once again Laura answered me right away. She has taken great care to maximize the chances of my new inserts helping me. I can't wait to get them. Best custom insole company by far. Ordered two pairs after they got them perfect on the second try. One needed fixing after 6 months and the process was very smooth. I ordered a third pair while the one is getting fixed. Laura is quick to respond and very helpful and kind. Great company!

It’s been a very straightforward process. Quick responses to my emails. Also I love the transparency with the length of time it takes to get the insoles made. Explaining all of the steps involved to make the perfect insole is a process. So much appreciated. Also they love my dog.
