Beautiful shoes AND amazing customer service!! 10/10!! I’m a person that’s very hesitant to buy shoes online but Up2Step was really just so great and helpful. I had been looking everywhere for a pair of platform boots but I couldn’t find a style I really loved till I saw them on Up2Step; sleep, black & plenty of platform❤️I fell in love! I was still a bit hesitant after ordering since it was taking a while for my order to arrive and emailed customer service(when ordering online sometimes it’s hard to remember how c0vid has affected us😓), & OhMyGosh while the shoes are definitely amazing I think the customer service is what really made me fall in love😄❤️ They were so attentive, helpful & quick to respond; They quickly updated me on the status of my order & even sent me a link to track it. I’m not exaggerating when I say this is the best customer service I have EVER experienced. After my shoes arrived I once again fell in love (yes, lots of love declaration lol) but unfortunately, I did notice there was some damage to the shoes, but Up2Step Customer Service was on the case!! I once again emailed them and, after explaining the issue, they were so quick to respond and send me a new pair❤️I wear these shoes every weekend and they’re the most beautiful AND comfortable boots I’ve ever worn. So, if you’re thinking of buying shoes online from here: yes!! (Take it from a very picky shopper lol)

I am in love with my boots! I ordered the snake print thigh high boots and they are so beautiful! I get compliments every time I wear them. I will definitely be ordering from Up2step again.

If you are willing to wait 20 days and don't get nothing then wait another 20 days for reship for probably I mean really probably don't receive nothing May be someone want take risks. But not me
