I was very impressed with the quality of the shoes when they arrive. They were exactly like what was advertised, and I look forward to wesring them. The size was on point too.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Initially i was very hesitant because the physical address listed reflects Deleware but they are actually in China. I paid express and contacted them right away regarding shipping and Binu assured me that they would get my order to me as quickly as possible and she delivered‼️ Ordered: 1/13/22 Received: 1/21/22 Not bad from Hong Kong to Maryland USA. I am very appreciative of the great customer service, fast shipping, and good quality. I will be shopping again.

first pair of shoes were too tight. I contacted Up2step and they sent me a larger pair right away at no cost. Already have ordered another pair from them in a different style. Will continue to shop with Up2step.
