Really nice shoes. The delivery is a bit slow but there were no problems receiving them and they looked great for my wedding.

The shoes I ordered for my wife were gorgeous. She loves them. Unfortunately the clasp on the back heal broke after the first day. I had to repair it. Otherwise it's still a nice heel shoe.

Though I did have some issues with my order the customer service was great. They were responsive and definitely willing to work me to make things right after a couple of mix ups.

First they sent me the wrong size, but the Service-Team was very nice and sent me another pair in the right size. The quality is ok (but not the best) and they don‘t smell very nice, that would be the 5th star for me.

Carlos
We ordered a pair shoes for a fashion show, based on their website the shoes should arrive in 8 days, they took actually 13 working days. The shoes are well made and they fit great that is not the issue. If you are in a hurry look in some other place as most likely you will end not having them on time. The factory is overseas and that is the main issue, I suggested them to advise such thing in their website, so that customers can take the right decision. They did a good job trying to help me and I appreciate that, at the end we received the shoes one day before of our event. Like I said quality is very good and worth the wait, obviously if you don't have the time constraint.

Took longer then expected for package to arrive, especially after paying extra for 3 day shipping. Size is a bit smaller, so not true to size. Craftsmanship and appearance are great. Not sure I will purchase from this company again though.
