I was a bit dubious about ordering shoes online, and particularly from China, as have had some poor experiences in the past, but was after a particular shade of blue and this was the only place I could find it. They take your specific foot measurements and contacted me by email immediately after placing the order to check some details and confirm my shoe size. Delivery was stated as 2 - 4 weeks and it took just short of 4 weeks, so in line with what I was expecting. The shoes arrived well packaged, each shoe in an individual bag and wrapped in tissue paper and a beautiful satin bow. I also loved the extra touch of heel grips and sole pads included to be added to the shoes if needed. The colour was true to the website, shoes are well made and comfortable. I would definitely order from them again.

Do NOT order from here! Trust me, I’m saving you time and a headache. Just like you, I did my research on this company and I have no idea how it has good reviews. To begin with, I ordered a pair of gold platform shoes size US 7. First, the box is just a plain orange shoe box with no size, no description nothing. When I opened the box the shoe size was 38, I tried them on and they were absolutely massive. I’ve bought many shoes from different countries so I know a size 38 usually means US 8. I quickly emailed customer service who took a day to reply back because of the time difference. After asking for a refund and a return address (my event was the following day, I never got to wear the shoes because of how massive they are) I come to find out these shoes come from China although the website has a USA address and will only get 70% of my money back. WHAT? Only 70% for something that was not my fault? They sent the wrong size and I’m being penalized for it? No way that is absurd!. They should clearly state on their website that shoes come from a warehouse in China and they should definitely state in the return policy that you will need to pay shipping fees of 30% your cost. I am still currently asking to get my 100% money back with no solution. Buji from customer service just keeps sending me the same email with no resolution after I’ve asked over 5 times to get my full refund back. I JUST WANT MY $75.00 BACK. I will NEVER order from this site again and I hope you don’t either. What a hassle and what scammers they are!

Excellent product and excellent customer service! A couple pairs of my shoes were delayed shipping due to the global pandemic issues. However the Up2Step team worked with me to keep me informed on the status of my order. I definitely plan to order more shoes from them! ☺️

I'm giving 5 stars just for the outstanding customer service. I ordered a pair of ombre shoes, when they arrived they weren't the pair that I wanted. I immediately contacted customer service via email and advised them of my issues. They responded in a timely fashion (due to the time difference), with options to either replace or refund my purchase. I wanted to still get a pair of shoes so I opted for a different pair, they processed a replacement order and the pair I received were absolutely gorgeous. I can't wait wear my new shoes and order a pair of bootsy next go round.
