This company promised to ship items within three days. I order 3/5/2022 today is 3/15/2022 and my items (shoes) has not shipped, and now I can't sign into my account with Up2step. The company heard my complaint and shipped my shoes out to me immediately. The shoes fit great and I am happy with my purchase 💗. I will shop there again.
