UP2STEPReviews of up2step.com

I purchased 2 pairs of boots and I loved both! While it did take some time to receive my order, there was communication about this the entire time. I never felt this company was hard to reach, infact, they were very quick to respond. I will definitely order again!!!

Great service and super high quality. I ordered the wrong size, Upstep worked with me to determine the right size and sent me a replacement free of charge. Already purchased 2 more shoes from them.

I ordered the wrong size boots and the company corrected my mistake and send a smaller pair. Good shipping and customer service!!

I am an actual customer. I ordered my boots on November 3rd 2020. On the website it say 1-3 days shipping. That is highly incorrect. Today November 17th 2020. I still haven’t received my boots yet. They said it’s because of COVID. Which at this point it’s very hard to believe. I have emailed them ( if a company doesn’t have a number to call I wouldn’t order), I have received lie after lie. They told me DHL has my package. When I called DHL they told me that they didn’t have the package. So many companies have been shipping packages out fast now, it makes me think if this company is real. I feel as though with COVID it has allowed people to open up false online stores. I will NEVER shop with this company again

received my boots yesterday, great quality and beautiful shoes! The shipping is fast even in Covid 19. Highly recommend this company！
