Scammers
I ordered gold platform heels for my bridal shower; I asked to cancel my order because the shoes wouldn't come on time with expedited shipping. The cancellation was granted and I never received the shoes. Yet these scammers never refunded me and when I disputed the charge with my credit card they lied claiming that the service was fulfilled and kept my money. Currently, trying to receive my refund.

Love my Heels
Love, love, love my heels. I have purchased before from this company. My size was wrong last time, so I emailed the company and they were quick to respond and sort out the issue. Very prompt. From customer service to packaging to delivery, I am extremely pleased. When ordering from a company like this you will be doing yourself a real treat. Can't wait to order again.

Amazing quality, prices and speedy shipping.
Ordered 2 pairs of knee high boots that I could see would easily would fit my calf. Standard UK sizes don't fit me at all and I struggle to get nice, fashionable, good quality boots that fit. Until now! So thrilled with my boots I will be ordering more.

Got priority shipping but have had no…
Got priority shipping on 10/22 but have had no updates since the day that I placed the order, it shows they’re based in US but are actually in China and I need the order by November 12th. No communication or anything and after reading these reviews I am very doubtful I’ll get them in time

These boots were an excellent buy. The leather is so beautiful. If you measured like it instructs the size is perfect. I recommend these boots. I also purchased them in black and plan to purchase them in brown

I recently ordered two pairs of boots they have not been shipped. The address on the website says you are based in Delaware. Only to find out you are based in China.

This is literally my first time writing a review, but I ordered these silver thigh high heels weeks ago & still haven’t received them. They’re just now shipping from China & I needed them by tomorrow. Today is 10/28/21. & now idk what to do .

Ships from China, takes over a month
Do not order from this website if you expect to receive your order in a timely manner. I ordered one pair of shoes on 9/22/21. Today is 10/19/21 and I still have not received them. I needed them for a wedding on 10/17. So, needless to say, I'm extremely disappointed. They will refund but you are responsible for return shipping. Beautiful shoes though.
