The shoes I received exceeded my expectations. Online I fell in love with the style. When they arrived, I immediately fell in love with the quality. I am placing an order for two more pairs.

Great experience with them
Great experience with them. Bought a bag for my wife and it was just what I was expecting. It was missing some straps unfortunately. I contacted their customer support and they sent the straps right away. Very efficient.

First they sent me the wrong size
First they sent me the wrong size, but the Service-Team was very nice and sent me another pair in the right size. The quality is ok (but not the best) and they don‘t smell very nice, that would be the 5th star for me.

Great experience with up2step
Up2step.com was a great experience! The shoes I ordered were good quality and so cute. I had so many compliments!! Additionally, their customer support was super helpful when my first pair didn’t fit right. They got me a new pair sent quickly and they were very responsive and professional. I will definitely order from them again.

These guys are the BEST
These guys are the BEST! I ordered a pair of boots that didn't fit perfectly, the up2step guys immediately addressed the issue and sent me a second pair that fit perfectly! Buji was Fabulous to work with. Great Company, Awesome Boots!

I ordered the holographic purple boots
I ordered the holographic purple boots. It took longer than usual to receive I got worried I would not receive them however, I did receive them and WOW it was worth the couple of extra weeks to receive them. I absolutely love them. They are everything! I had sent multiple emails to them and they answered all of them. I will be ordering again

Worst customer service, they do not care at all
Oh, this is me coming back to write yet another review just because this is the absolute most terrible experience. I’ve had any online company ever in my entire life. I sent these people multiple emails letting them know that I need to update my payment information for my refund and yet and still these people decided to send my refund back to the incorrect card prolonging this entire situation after I told him multiple times that I need to update that information. They completely ignored my emails and everything I wrote in them.

Hi Sawft, Sorry for all the inconveniences. Yes we promised to refund your money but the refund will only return to the original account you paid before. Refunds to expired or canceled cards are handled by the customer's card issuer and, in most cases, credited to the customer's replacement card. If no replacement exists, the card issuer usually delivers the refund to the customer using an alternate method (for example, check or bank account deposit). And the refund was already processed and successfully return to your account as promised before. Please check your mailbox for the satisfying solution.
