My parcel arrived in record time from across the globe. I was able to track it all the way , which was great. It was easy to contact the seller and have my questions answered. My shoes arrived beautifully wrapped, and are just lovely. They are so well made. I'm not sure which crystals they used but they have alot of sparkle. The size is spot on. The 3"heel is very stable walking on the carpet and the tiles . One minor thing, part of the bow is a bit out of line, but I can easily flatten it or it would be no problem for a shoe maker.....but as I say minor. All in all excellent service and an excellent product. I would recommend and buy again from this company.

Ok it started a little shaky because of high demand however the customer service was excellent!!! All my emails were addressed and once I received my boots they were worth waiting for. They were what I expected and more; pretty packaging and the quality of the merchandize was a plus. I do not normally leave reviews I just purchase & wear. This time I have to say to anyone ordering have patience and prepare for mishaps yet keep in mind its money well spent.

My shoes are gorgeous and they came earlier than expected. After I placed the order I realized that I may not get them in time for my event. I reached out to their customer service and the replied right away assuring me that they will try their best and if they didn’t think I would get the shoes in time they’d let me know so I could cancel. I thought that was fair so I waited and two days later my stunning strappy hand made shoes were shipped and they even arrived earlier than promised.

I am very satisfied with the pair of shoes I purchased. They arrived in a reasonable time frame. The shoes are exactly what I expected and the packaging was nice meticulous.

I was skeptical about ordering a pair of shoes on a Facebook advertisement, I thought I could give it a try, I have received my pair of shoes and they are so elegant, I love them.

I'm so happy that I ordered my shoes from up2step. I was hesitate at first but when I received them, they were very elegant and nicely wrapped (never seen shoes wrapped this way). I would highly recommend ordering for up2step. However, it took a little while to received them but they were very much worth the wait. I'm very satisfied this the shoes and the company. Thank you.

Do not buy from this store I have been waiting for my refund for months and they keep giving me excuses. This is not ok

DO NOT buy from this store. Total scam. They take too long to ship and refuse to submit a refund but will give you plenty excuses as to why it’s “taking so long”…. Absolutely ridiculous.
