Quick delivery, shoes are absolutely beautiful and very comfortable fit. They looked exactly like the online picture. They arrived in excellent condition and were packaged beautifully. I couldn't be more pleased. I will definitely order from UP2STEP again. Thank you for such a high quality shoe!

What made my experience great is the willingness and promptness to ensure my complete satisfaction with my purchase. My customer service experience was stellar. It was refreshing to have someone go to the extent they did to frequently communicate and stand by their product. It was honorable of them not to take my money and leave me stuck with something I would not be happy with and/or able to use.

I ordered shoes on 4/24/2023. A/O 5/4, I haven't received any email with shipping information to track my order. On the invoice, shipping time is 7 - 12 days. Today, 5/5, makes the 12th day. Still no shoes. I sent an email yesterday, 5/4, about my order delivery status. I received an email today that my shoes are handmade and that the company was on a holiday from 4/29 - 5/3 and that's the reason my order was delayed. I understand how even an order placed several days before a holiday could be affected, but it would have been nice if the company would have notified me of the delay. I would consider that thoughtful customer engagement. As it stands, I was told that my order will be shipped Priority mail and I should have them by Wednesday. I will update my rating at that time. Right now, I'm giving 2 stars because the reply was within 24 hours and sounded sincere.
