I ordered shoes in December they came…
I ordered shoes in December they came in January my wedding was March 4,2023, the shoes were too small I contacted the company by email quick response that they were in a holiday and would send me another pair. I was nervous timing was tight tgey sent me another pair free of charge and they made it 2 weeks before my wedding.. Absolutely great customer service and told me keep the pair that didn’t fit

Good customer service
Though I did have some issues with my order the customer service was great. They were responsive and definitely willing to work me to make things right after a couple of mix ups.

The shoes are absolutely gorgeous, fit perfectly and feel really really expensive also the packaging was beautiful

Didn’t expect this to turn out well!
I was very skeptical of this company at first. I ordered a pair of boots and then realized it would be hard to return so I contacted customer service and told them I wanted to cancel my order. I received a email within a few hours from Buji in customer service and they told me that they would be happy to take pictures of the boots once they were made (everything is made to order) and send them to me before shipping to see if I wanted them but to please give them a chance. I again was skeptical… I didn’t think they would actually send me pictures of boots but I agreed. Sure enough within a week or so came pictures of the boots. They looked nice and I told told them to send them. Received the boots in about a week and a half and they were beautifully packaged. And the quality was super nice. They were lined with almost a type a velvet inside and even though they are not leather they felt and looked like it. Only tiny complaint was they did have a very strong smell but letting them air out… all is good. I would absolutely purchase from this company again. I was really surprised by their professionalism and follow up. Not the norm for companies that sell high street fashion over seas. Thanks up2step! Really pleased!

Very Good Customer Service
At first I thought it was a scam, but in reality it is a trustworthy website. The quality of the product is very good. The customer service is also very nice and replies very quickly. I ordered the wrong boot size and they gave me a new pair right away.
