I wish I could give 0 stars. This is my first review to ever write. So you know it’s bad. Truly a waste of time and money. “Buji Shen” will email you back and forth about your order, which seem like good customer service at first, until he continues to ask the same questions and try to talk you out of a return. I paid for expedited shipping, as I need the shoes for my first dress fitting alterations, but was told it was impossible for them to get there in the timeframe I paid for. Then, I even asked if I could return the shoes if they didn’t work for me and they said yes, and THEN when the shoes are horrible and I want to return them (not to mention came in way later), I’m talked out of a return because it will be “regretful” but that I can accept a partial refund. Well I tell them 3 times to send me the dang partial refund, and I still get “is that acceptable to get partial refund?” It has been a freaking MONTH. No refund. Action is taken. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!

Hi Hailey, We're so sorry for the inconvenience for you. We have got your confirmation to still ship out the parcel when the parcel couldn't arrive by Aug 5. And we always don't force you to not return the parcel and can also accept "return for full refund" as we mentioned in messages. And we indeed need to get confirmation and take next step, so we refund your money right away after the confirmation of the refund amount we both agreed. Please check in your account you paid for the order before. Hope it helpful and thanks for your understanding! Best wishes, Up2Step

UP2STEP is UP2Duty… I ordered a pair of black satin pumps with a rhinestone embellishment on the front. I love them. The shoes have great quality, the design is sassy and Sharp, even the shoe box is quality, wow 🤩 . I will be ordering more boots and shoes for the fall and winter. I’m so pleased!
