I had a problem with a gift I sent my granddaughter for her birthday. It was cute color on PJ"s. She loved them. There was a problem with two of the markers so I called Uncommon Goods to see about replacing them. The person I talked with was very helpful. I didn't have to wait on the line forever. The problem was taken care of in minutes.

I had a wonderful experience with the customer service rep at Uncommon Goods. She not only got back to me quickly, but she answered my questions and solved my problems with extreme efficiency and friendliness! If all of Uncommon Goods customer service reps are this good, I'm going to do most of my gift shopping with them in the future.

The Limoncello kit I ordered looked great, except for the fact that the corks to seal the bottles didn't fit - didn't even come close, and no amount of trimming would work. Your representative arranged to send me a new kit in hopes that the corks (bottle stoppers) in the new kit would work. She really went out of her way to create a solution that would be satisfactory. I haven't received the new kit yet, so am hopeful....

One of my recent orders for the holidays was sent in more than one delivery. The customer service representative took the time to look into this for me and updated me on the delivery status of the second part of the order. The individual was very patient and professional.

I order a book for a Secret Santa event. I received it the Thursday before the event. Unfortunately, it that appeared to have some water damage and I felt bad giving it as a gift. I notified Uncommon Goods of the issue, hoping to get a replacement, even telling them I needed it by Sunday but didn’t think I would get it in time and completely understood that. Much to my surprise, the package was delivered by Saturday and I was able to give my gift! Thank you so much for helping me get this gift on time!

I logged in on the UG website to return a kite that had been flattened when delivered to my home. There was an email stating not to send item back, then an email saying to send the item back. After calling the UG customer service phone number, an email was sent to the claims department with pictures of the condition of the item at the time of delivery. A phone call was made again that afternoon, and upon the request of UG, I was asked to buy new packaging and print out a label and resend the kite back. At this time, I told the UG representative to forget it, I would just donate, or throw away the damamged kite. UG made it so tough/non-customer friendly to return this order- it is just easier to throw it away then to make the 2-plus trips they had asked in order to return a damaged package.
