I ordered 8 custom items back in mid November. It seemed that the items were shipped out in three groups. The last arriving on Christmas eve. One item never reached its destination and had to be re-made. It's January 10 and is just being readied for shipment. I originally contacted UncommonGoods about it the week of Christmas, but it fell through the cracks and I never heard back. I reached out again and it was immediately attended to. Unfortunately, this item requires a lot of lead time...so here we are two months later and hopefully the item will reach its destination soon. A bit late for the holidays, but considering the pandemic and the slowness of the USPS, I know this was an anomaly and everyone is doing their best. The other 7 items got to where they needed to in time. The recipient will enjoy it no matter when it's received.

I have been a customer with Uncommon goods for number of years but in the past 1 year, I have really been so delighted by the unusual gifts they offer. I have bought bird feeders, mini statues, customised paint by numbers and am awaiting delivery of at least 3 other items. Gifts are unique, always well made, have never disappointed and the customer service when you do face a problem is immediate and swift and solves the issue. For instance, one of the bird feeders I got broke in transit - solution was immediate. Living overseas, shipping costs can be prohibitive but I have yet to regret anything I have bought. Always unique, always well made. And pretty trustworthy. They are literally just an email away and response is always quick.

Hands down the best customer service! I emailed the company after placing an order and was responded to in a very timely manner. The customer service rep, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend this company, not just for their wonderful selection of gifts, but for their excellent customer service as well.

Awesome customer service. I had a package that got lost in the mail (but then reappeared a month later) and they were so helpful throughout. And, awesome products!!!

I told my family that this was the best customer service experience I've ever had online. I hit the chat button, a live person responded immediately, and she resolved my issue in less than 2 minutes. I didn't have get through an assortment of questions from a bot. The responding person didn't ask me for a bunch of information. She knew exactly who I was and what was going on, and she took care of the issue quickly and efficiently.

I had a cutting board that broke. It was so way to get a replacement. The customer service lady was so nice and sweet.

I placed an order that was to be for gifts for Christmas 2020. The order didn't arrive until January 4th 2021. I sent the package back, since I had purchased replacement gifts. 1 year later I still haven't received my money back! Don't buy anything from this company!
