I buy all of my gifts from uncommon goods. Everyone loves everything I have sent them. And the customer service is always amazing.

There was slight damage to an order I received in the mail as a Christmas gift. Uncommon Goods promptly asked me to give them the name of the sender and let me know they would not let the sender know of the damage. Uncommon Goods offered to either give me a brand new one or have the $ for the gift as a gift certificate. Awesome customer service.

Very polite and helpful

I had an special order problem where I received an individualized piece of art created for a family member that was incorrect. My customer service representative did a terrific job of resolving the issue with little information and getting a replacement order in the works. Real customer focus!

I was missing an item in my shipment. I followed the online instructions to report the issue. It was super easy and the problem free! This was my first time ordering from Uncommon Goods, and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Very frustrating! Will not be able to recommend this marketing experience to others. The course was gifted to my wife from a relative. Preparations and supplies for the course were purchased and other calendar commitments were moved and rescheduled for the the course date and time. Course link via Zoom was uploaded 3 minutes before course was to start, but all she received was a notice the instructor was currently in a course. Waiting 35 minutes made no difference as the course never opened. No excuse or apologies were ever conveyed. Not a very positive experience. Could be the moniker “Uncommon Experience” was really an omen.

I came across uncommon goods unexpectedly and just in the knick of time for Christmas. They has some amazing foods which are high quality, well priced and amazing for gifting. In reaching out to the team for some guidance with a shipping delay, due to carrier, they were very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely continue shopping here and highly recommend it if you’re looking for some great quality goods!
