Uncommon GoodsReviews of uncommongoods.com

I ordered my products for Valentine’s Day. I was a little worried they wouldn’t get to me in time. The staff at customer service looked into it for me and assured me it would be on time. It came the next day 🤣 I can’t wait to open the products and try them!! They are gifts

An issue I had left me a little irritated. It was taken care of so promptly and swiftly. I had to have a small piece of an item replaced. I got it in a matter of days. Thank you so much.

I experienced a problem with the delivery of my package which likely was related to a massive snow storm in Chicago. I informed UncommonGoods that I never received the package and my situation was immediately addressed to my satisfaction. Thank you, UncommonGoods for the uncommonly great customer service!

This website is not producing anything. it's like a portal for third-party sellers to sell their custom goods. Like an Etsy. And therefore they have no accountability, nor they can provide information about your order status correctly. Their delivery shipping estimates vary. I ordered an item in December that was supposed to be finished and shipped by mid-January. Beginning of February I started questioning what was with the order as there were literally no updates. They responded that the estimated delivery changed now to the end of February. TWO months since the order, without any progress. The next day, suddenly they prompted the seller to create a shipping label so they can say the item was just shipped. But that's a fake tactic, as the item has never left the warehouse so it was in fact not shipped. They refuse to accept any cancellations or refunds due to the "custom nature" of the products even though the products were clearly not manufactured yet. I will never order from such an untrustworthy platform again. The sellers can only operate because they don't have any oversight and policies like they would have with amazon, etsy or ebay. Customer service representatives cannot provide accurate information with estimates at least in weeks and are lying about the state of orders.

Professional response, solution was offered and confirmed within hours. Thank you, folks.

Andy was very helpful in resolving my issue with a couple of returns. He was courteous and competent.

Excellent customer service. Love. my items. Will order more iften

I don't trust their site reviews. I've purchased a few items from them, generally seamless, but one of the items was less than stellar and I left an honest 3 star review. No name calling, no foul language, just honestly why I wouldn't buy it again and my specific issues. Only positive reviews have been posted for the item. Looking at their other products, all I have seen have 4.5 or above. Seems wild.
