Began spamming my email and I've had no interaction and have not done any business with them. Edit: After communicating with their support team, they do appear to be a reputable vendor that takes their customer requests seriously. They've assisted me in removing my information and I've increased my review here to three stars. It seems they had a bulk addition to their email solicitation database recently with no understanding of how those addresses were added. Mine was included when I don't believe I had any previously business relationship with them. If this vendor can get back to me with a better understanding of how this occurred then I will happily increase my rating.

These are great gifts, but I actually tried twice to get an acceptable ornament. My first photo was, I suppose, too light and it was quite difficult to make out the bearded dragon that was my son’s pet. My second attempt was better, but still not as good as the dogs portrayed in the examples. I would recommend a photo with strong contrasts - otherwise you may be disappointed.

I purchased bath balls. I thought I was purchasing at least 2 balls per order (based on the catalogue picture and price) so I bought two orders. I received 2 bath balls, total.

They have very unique gifts and delivery is pretty quick prices are a bit high though

I don't trust their site reviews. I've purchased a few items from them, generally seamless, but one of the items was less than stellar and I left an honest 3 star review. No name calling, no foul language, just honestly why I wouldn't buy it again and my specific issues. Only positive reviews have been posted for the item. Looking at their other products, all I have seen have 4.5 or above. Seems wild.

I placed an order for the first time for a very special personalized gift, but my order didn't come as I had requested it. Even though I was very disappointed, the quick response from customer service surprised me in a pleasant way. This time they follow-up with my request and I got my money back.

I love shopping with UncommonGoods but this was not a good experience. The puzzle pieces are cheap and do not interlock nicely. Delivery was delayed and there was no customer contact. Cannot recommend this item!!

Initially my problem was handled great. My son ordered 2 sets of cocktail glasses for me. The decals on all 4 glasses washed off in the dishwasher. The customers service person said UG would replace the 2 sets of glasses. I received one set of replacement glasses. Still waiting for the second set. Thank you
