Total scam just ordered tried to cancel same day the website just continues to load on cancellation page and customer service reroutes you back there repeatedly and now they want a $100 restocking fee in addition to the $55 already charged for my order which isn't even available to ship for weeks

Be careful with this company. Their scooters are not good quality which break down a lot, the customer service experience is frustrating and the subscription will more often make you dislike riding a scooter. They will also make you wait for 2 weeks before getting your scooter rental but start charging since day 1. Unethical!

Got the voyager through the subscription service and got a bluetooth error. One day I go to turn it on, and the scooter is locked. I contact Unagi and they say they locked the scooter cause I'm behind on my payment this month. I'm like okay. So then I get another email from them and theyre telling me they charged me again after locking me out of the scooter. How are you gonna charge customers for an item they can't even use? Y'all are SCAM ARTISTS. I'm so happy people are starting too see. I hope y'all tank.

Decided to rent monthly and on day 45 of having it , it displayed an E3 CODE AND NEVER WORKED AGAIN ! . they continuously try to charge the monthly rental fee of $74 for 3 months now and I haven't been able to use it in that amount of time . They WILL NOT ISSUE BILL CREDITS OR REFUNDS on any situation when rent monthly . A BRAND NEW SCOOTER Ridden 1000 FEET PER DAY FOR 44 DAYS on a Smooth surface and then just STOPS !! UNAGI customer service sucks and has not ONCE ASKED ME ABOUT THE PROBLEM OR TRIED TO TROUBLE SHOOT IN ANY WAY . I paid $124 up front and rode for 44 days and they still want $74 for May 2023 , $74 for June 2023, $74 for August 2023 and the scooter hasn't been operable since MAY20,2023!. I HAVE SENT UNAGI 12 EMAILS SINCE MAY 20, 2023 AND NEVER RECEIVED ANYONE ASKING HOW THEY COULD HELP OR RESOLVE THE ISSUES AT HAND . THEY JUST WANT ME TO PAY ALL THIS MONEY BEFORE THEY MAIL ANOTHER SCOOTER

I bought the Unagi scooter and was very happy with it as a commuting tool. I enjoyed its look, its impressive torque in steep roads and its unique weight in the market. I used it successfully for about 1000 km in 9 months. Then it broke, the magnesium platform just collapsed with no warning. The distributor Darty in France would not agree to have the warranty work, arguing I broke the scoot myself! What is the use of buying the most expensive scooter in this range, to have the worst customer experience? I am so disappointed with UNAGI and with DARTY, will not buy anything with them anymore.

I wanted to return it on Nov 2022 but tthe customer service told "To keep it for a discount rate of $27 a month for 6 months." Which I did but now they said it's just a subscription and now they want to charge another $200 for me to keep it again. A total scam company.

Scooter is junk and the customer service is even worse. My scooter died out after only 12km total! While I was riding!!! They said they would replace and then months later just backed out completely saying I should go to a repair shop. Then then blocked and deleted all my comments on instagram. Not an ethical company!!!

My company did purchase a scooter in 2021, used it for communiting around the office for about 200 km range, which I was very happy with while it worked. Right up to the point when it died on me. Power button was not fixable and contact to customer support provided absolutely no service. They couldn't point me towards a service provider in Europe or even send a replacement part. 1.000 EUR scooter now being used as a doorstop. All I wanted to do was to reduce my carbon footprint. The scooter cost me more per km to run than my Opel Estate diesel car.
