Unagi is trustworthy and reliable
I have been a Unagi Scooter renter for just about3 years and EVERY time there was the slightest issue and I let them know about it, within 24 hours they had a new one out to me !! Thx again , Keep up the great work

I love my scooter
I love my scooter. I love that there wasn’t a huge commitment to buy a scooter. I use it to commute to and from the office and various work locations using BART. I’ve never run out of juice! I would love it if in the future there were larger wheels and some suspension. The roads where I live are very tough and pot-hole ridden! But I really enjoy the scooter and recommend it to people all the time. I should add that the only time I had an issue you all shipped me the replacement so fast and before I returned the original. The service was great.

The charger i got with my scooter…
The charger i got with my scooter doesn’t work. So since receiving it i haven’t even been able to ride it once but have been so busy moving i haven’t had time to reach out. It’s got two different colored completely miss matching cords. Oh and i specifically requested a new scooter and agreed to pay whatever the price was and was sent an old dirty scratched refurbished one instead with a cord that doesn’t work. I need to go a few places today and can’t even ride my scooter. So I’ll be paying Uber or Lyft.

A referral coupon didn't get applied because of this I had to pay to make a payment. And the team doesn't have a record of the email they sent confirming this coupon.

Great customer service...
I switched scooters now too long ago and the process was easy and customer friendly. I ride back and forth to work everyday and I am very satisfied with the product.

This bad boy is work of art!
This scooter is do dope. It's the most beautifully designed / state-of-the-art scooter on the market. It's also the lightest and most portable, and still packs a lot of power. It really zips through Brooklyn and is perfect to take on the subway. You give up a little cushion w/ the airless tires, but you make it up in that you never have to worry about a flat tire!
