I am on Scooter #3....was about to replace #2 and it was stolen..joke was on him as when I hit the 700 mile mark (commuting in Chicago) the battery and speed were starting to lose charge hold time and mph....had just hit 900 plus. Had put off replacing as was moving cross country. The insurance and any issues are resolved pretty quickly..replacement #3 now was not holding charge so used old charger and now up to par...saved a replacement scooter exchange. Love mine and use as an alternate to driving the 10-15 min to work.

We love our Unagi scooters. We are currently on our 3rd rental . Customer service through email was fast and helpful. Returning scooter was pretty easy and they walked me through the process and I had a label and instructions for pick up to my front door . I’m hoping to add a second scooter soon ! The app is easy to use as well .

The scooter itself is great I’ve been commuting with it for almost a year now and it hasn’t ever let me down. Customer service has been spotty but not unreasonably so so I’ll give em a 4/5. All in all good company. Wish the scooters were a bit cheaper because now that I’ve rented for a while I want to buy but it’s costly.

For me personally the product has been phenomenal. It could definitely use some bigger tires some suspension a little longer range maybe a little bit more speed. It does however knew exactly what is claimed to be done, I do recommend all access subscription for the most part it is a good option. The customer service, here lately has just turned to garbage. It is almost impossible to actually talk to a person that is the only reason I'm giving this three stars not because of the product but because of the customer service. If Unagi had better customer service I would probably keep using this product for a very long time. It does exactly what I needed to do, as long as your expectations are not higher than what the company says then you should be in good shape as far as the product. I have over a thousand miles on mine, the tires are now bald and one of the reflectors is broke, it has sustained a lot of use and has held up stronger than my body has. Trying to get this switched out with the All Access program with a new scooter has been very difficult. other than the fact that you can't ever talk to a person I do recommend this product.

Unagi has helped me get around when my car hasn’t. I haven’t had any issues with the scooter after a whole year, they even lower my payments and matched their price after the price dropped on the rental. Charges fast, looks very sophisticated, also get a lot of looks on it and compliments haha.

I have been using Unagi’s subscription program for over a year and I also used to own an unagi scooter for 2 years as well. I love the scooters and its high quality build and their customer service support is second to none.

The unagi brand is the best scooter company period. They offer top notch service, amazing product, and reliability.

My scooter wouldn’t charge I contacted unagi via email they responded immediately I let them know of my issue and since the nyc store was closed they immediately sent me out brand new scooter I received two days later which was great because I use scooter daily for commute to work it’s a great source of transportation
