Ulta BeautyReviews of ulta.com

Not a good experience at old saybrook ct store. Low stock on eye shadow?? But they said they can order it- weird. Looking at the perfume / cologne display was ridiculous. Why did they combine perfumes with mens cologne?!! I couldn’t tell which was which and it was hard to find anything. For shopping purposes, they need to be separated.

Love my hair stylist!! The overhead music in store is awful!!! The reason for four stars.

I went to Ulta in Cumming, Ga a few days ago and asked the help from one of the girls standing around in makeup. She didn’t act interested in helping me and just said I don’t know. She didn’t offer to find out and wandered off. JAMESON came to me a few minutes later to ask if I was finding everything ok and was extremely nice and very helpful. I had a product that I love and wanted to purchase again but the label was worn off the tube. He walked straight to it and found it bc he was knowledgeable about the products in the store. He also told me that if that didn’t work we could look it up in my history by using my phone number. He was great and I will go back to this location even though it is farther from my house bc he is great at his job and happy to be a help!! Thanks Jameson!

Terrible national customer service- My daughter had a brand new gift card that Ulta customer Service said was inactive due to their own computer “glitch” and they would email an e-gift card replacement within 2 hours. 4 weeks, and 3 phone calls later… nothing. Just the same conversation repeatedly and “ we’ll contact you later today” nonsense. Just an awful company to deal with. Just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Better yet, just find a small business and support them. Ulta cares nothing about its consumers

It seems as if the management cares nothing about customers. They are rude and uninterested in what's going on in the store. Additionally, I've made a couple of purchases only to have to return the item to the store upon opening, discovering that the product had been used and returned.

This is my favorite place to buy drugstore brands. I love going shopping in-store as well as buying items online.

Number one they charged me interest after I paid my account in full. Charged 1.83 interest. Then they 2.00 interest along with a late fee. When I called customer service they wanted to charge 9.00 for taking a payment over the phone. I give Ulta customer service a negative review.

My $250 online order was cancelled (not by me) somehow, I called the store and mgr claimed nobody deleted the order. Upon calling customer service multiple times, I was given the excuse of 1) possibility of missing products, 2)problems with my card not going through. Except the payment DID go through. Nothing solved, instead customer error was to blame and I was told to call my bank and tell them this order was cancelled. Ulta, you lost a long time customer over your rude employees and nonexistent customer service
