I scheduled a haircut on Ulta's website, chose my stylist, and it gave me a price of $57.00. When I go to check out, it now cost $67.00. No explanation why. They tell me that the website is wrong. I go to their site again, while the manager is watching and book another appt, and it STILL says $57.00. NO apologies, no concession, just tough luck ! What a scam !

Placed an order and never received it!! They showed a shipping confirmation but nothing was ever placed at my door or in my hands. Was told nothing will be done. Poor customer service. Over 100 lost!

Pésimo. Piratería (fake) en perfumes. Pensé que estas prácticas de engañar al cliente solo se daban en los países de 3er mundo. En esta tienda compraron para regalarme el perfume sauvage y nos tomaron el pelo. Afortunadamente yo ya tenía un bote del mismo y descubrí que el nuevo era PIRATA. Fui a regresarlo y pedí el dinero de vuelta. Eso si el precio como si fuera original 130 dls. Cuiden su dinero y no se dejen engañar.

Please be aware when purchasing online and paying instore. They will charge your account again before the product is delivered and then not return your money. horrible experience with this company. Reply

I had an appoint at The Forum at Ultabeauty Georgia (5145 Peachtree Pkwy # 440, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092-2545) for a few months ago.. it’s a late review though.. I have been a ulta beauty customer for about 4 years. I never had any issues before. But at this location, I went to root touch up on September 17. After the service is done I noticed that my Frey did not cover and my hair turned to blue color and gold color.. it looked so ugly.. they did not even tell me until i noticed it.. I asked them why it’s in this color, the manager and hair stylist were telling that it’s an issue with my hair. I told them I have coming to Ulta for many years never had this issue. And the manager booked another appointment to correct the color after one week. I asked if there were any appointments before and she said no.. I had to be with the weird color for a week. So I went to color correction appointment on Sep 23. So the hairstylist did not even know that she had an appointment with me cause she had another appointment. I told her that I can until she is done with the other one. I waited 1 hour. Another hairstylist in the meantime he did my color.. and she came back and waved it alll good. After the service the stylist gave me the bill, I said it’s a free service and manager booked this for me for the color correction. So the hairstylist(Porscha) told the manager about it. So the manager made me to wait almost 20 mins at the counter to come and confirm this. She saw that I was waiting there but she did after 20 mins.. Porscha was kept on telling her that i was waiting there. She did not even consider.. she came and confirm and I asked I was waiting here for 20 mins. She said she was busy with something else.. I told her that the worst service that I ever get from Ulta beauty.. and she was so rude to me.. I came home back.. and I called for next appointment- so someone picked up the phone and said there were comments about me that I was mean and rude should not book any appointments to me. I need to talk to manager to book any appointments.. I’m telling now again this was worst service that ever get from Ulta beauty. Please learn how to respect the customers.. actually they have to apologize to me.. I had to be with the weird color for one week but they made bad comments about me.

I should have read and reviewed these customers' reviews before I made a purchase. I ordered 6 items but only received 4. I contacted Customer service right away and she said someone in the escalation team will contact me within 24 hours via email. I waited for 2 days because I thought I called on the weekend so I should give them extra time to look into the issue. No one contacted me. I contacted them again, a different lady said nothing they can do about it then disconnected my chat session. So rude and nonprofessional. I will not shop with Ulta again.

I purchased a product and after I left the store they charged my credit card twice on two different days...(Fraud/ theft) after I reached out to them over 10 times about what had occurred - they told me they would look into it but never refunded my money. - they stated that I needed to call my bank and have my bank deal with it, which I did, and got ONE of the refunds back but not the second one - it's been over 9 months now, and never heard back from them. I would never shop there again.

Today was the second time I placed an online order to pickup in store. And both ended up being canceled with no explanation. Ridiculous!
