Customer service was awful. My case got passed to 2 people, the 2nd had me restate everything instead if just rereading the messages. Then said I could place my order & reconnect with them for the discount not applying in my cart. He** no. They are ripping off thousands that won't notice that the discount didn't apply to multiple items. I was even told it was at 1 point although clearly the math was incorrect in her part. Super frustrating.

Website and app only allows you to use one gift card at a time. So you either have to spend your own money on the remainder of the order, defeating the purpose of a gift card, or you have to split your order up into multiple orders and pay multiple shipping charges on each.

Got a Ulta gift card for Christmas and when checking out, a Mexican girl and a Caucasian with dyed red hair cashier got angry that we didn't have a ulta card and asked the previous customer for their number. Then proceeded to not give us a receipt so we couldn't return it. They said "don't give them a receipt so they can't return it." Overall, wouldn't recommended this Oshkosh Ulta. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

These guys USE A FREIGHT COMPANY CALLED LSO who are a totally mismanaged and pitiful organization from the CEO on down. If they were a publicly traded company they would have been run out of business a long time ago. Apparently, and what their other reviews would indicate, a good number of LSO's employees are professional criminals, and thieves. I ordered an expensive bottle of perfume from ULTA for my 16 yr old daughter for Christmas when the package finally arrived on the the day after Christmas I immediately realised it had been opened and retaped with clear tape. sure enough her $180.00 bottle of perfume had been replaced with a pack of men's depends PEE PEE underwear. What a bunch of sick MF er's By the way the package was ordered on December 17th. The tracking information said the package was out for delivery on the 20th in Kansas City (in the metro where I am staying) but was never delivered until the 26th of December. These guys totally suck on every level!! Never use them EVER!!

I went into Ulta to buy a specific item that my cousin wanted for Christmas. Found out the item was $6 less on the online site. Asked if the store would price match, after all it wasn't even a competitor. They said no and that I could purchase the item at the sale price online and order it to be picked up in the store. The woman said they could have it ready to pick up in 45 minutes. Keep in mind, it is the same item I am literally holding! Umm, no. What a ridiculous process. Will not be shopping there again.

I purchased 3 items that were on sale buy 3 for $30. Only one got shipped to me and I received an email saying that the other two items would get shipped out when they were back in stock, because apparently they ran out of the item. I was waiting and waiting for the new email to come telling me that the items were getting shipped. But since I am 7 months pregnant and the holidays are here, I would forget to constantly check on the status on the app. I looked into my app and found out they had actually canceled the order for the last 2 items, and I never received an email letting me know about it. When I reached out to customer service their response was for me to rebuy the item and pay for same day shipping or to go to the store so that I would get the item on time for Christmas since this was supposed to be a gift. I feel that is not good customer service, if the item was back in stock, why couldn’t they just send me the items I had already ordered? Yes they only charged me for the one they shipped to me, but I still feel disappointed in the company for not handling this better. The two solutions they gave me did not make sense since it is now Christmas Eve and I don’t think it’s right to have to pay extra for the same day shipping. Or the other option is not doable for me since I am out of town and I am not able to go to an Ulta store. It makes me not want to buy from Ulta for a while, I would have thought such a wealthy and large company would provide me with at least free same day shipping or something as compensation for the inconvenience especially for the holidays.

I usually go to the Ulta location here in Phoenix Az on 24th street &Baseline. I usually do not receive good customer service but when Jiselle Delgado is there she give the best customer service she takes her time and really help you I wish there were more Ulta employees like her at this location. She is rated 10+ with her customer service. Thank you Jiselle Delgado
