Every time I’ve been into the goleta Ulta store there are 4 employees talking up front, no one on floor. When I went and asked if someone could show me where the eyelash curler was, she didn’t even know. Very messy store lacking customer service. trans #5866 Yaritza Very disappointing!

My daughter went to the Ulta store in Springfield, IL. She will NEVER go back. The staff at said store MADE FUN OF HER. Bunch of creeps, didn't even hide it! Do not go there. They have NO respect for customers. I will never purchase anything there again. No purchases online either. I'll also tell everyone I know about it. Ulta should be ashamed.

I was 2 days late with payment through my bank for a $47 purchase and was charged $32 late fee. Good bye Ulta, Hello Sephora!

This is the worst website to shop. Avoid at all cost. They declined my credit card upon checkout and the amount has been charged 3 times on my card and there is no purchases made on my purchase history. Better buy from Sephora

I have been unable to buy things online for I think around 4+ months now. Originally I kept being told to try the same steppes over over again even though they were pointless and did absolutely nothing. I've tried using three different payment methods as well as having tried the app, phone browsers on 3 different phone, a computer, and even going into the store to see if a cashier could order an item online for me and my account cannot be used to make an online or pickup in store order. This is the main way I shop due to working over 60hrs a week. Most recently they sent me an email "confirming" my problem had been solved, still have the exact same issue. They clearly have no clue what they are doing. Planning on using my points then switching back to Sephora.

Awful customer service. Haven’t been able to place order online for months now, due to payment not being accepted. Tried multiple different cards, Paypal, apple pay, which used to work just fine months ago, but now due to some issue on Ulta’s end they don’t work. Contacted customer support who said they elevated the issue to their technical support team. Well, it’s been a month and they haven’t reached back at all to even try to fix the issue.

The BBB has closed my complaint regarding Ulta Beauty, because Ulta Beauty refuses to respond to the BBB complaint. They have referred me to the Illinois attorney general, because they believe that Ulta Beauty’s behavior rises to the level of criminal activity. Beware.

Today I purchased some things in your store and had a wonderful experience on Gratiot 32295 Gratiot Ave. in Roseville. The young ladies name KENDRA Beauty advisor, and I love the fact that she knew your products and told me just what I needed very nice. Gave me the Customer service that I love you can tell she like doing her job because she knew her her make up very well, I will be going back there. We need more young people like her representing us proudly and taking the time to learn the products and it wasn’t about just making a sale even though I bought a bunch of stuff her advice I got home and I love it perfect shade and everything , thank you very much.
