Ulta is my go-to destination for purchasing beauty products. Not only do they offer a fantastic range of products at very reasonable prices, but I also must commend their exceptional customer support.

I'm never going there again. They try to make you feel like cr*p when you say no to their credit card at checkout. They say, "are you sure?" with an incredibly condescending tone and judgmental attitude. Then when you say "no" again (which you shouldn't have to because now it feels like they're badgering you) they say (in a super judgmental tone) "okaaaay, if you say so". OMG. I should have just left my stuff on the counter and walked out. You can tell they are desperate for people to sign up for their credit card and they probably pay their sales people money when they can coerce someone into appying for the credit cared. My daughter was actually coerced into applying because hey hid the truth when they're trying to sell you on the credit card by telling you that you'll save $x dollars if you apply, not $x dollars if you get *approved*. They should tell the truth and not lie to people, especially impressionable young ladies who care about other people.

Absolutely the worst, untrained customer service. I received canned responses to my emails. Bait and switch. They offer a "mystery gift" and the gift MYSTERIOUSLY disappears at checkout. It's apparent by the grammar that the "guest services" people are in another country. I'll stick with Sephora and Sally Beauty. They have exceptional customer service.

Ulta does not fulfill customer’s order to completeness. I had the worst experience. Promotion with gifts items and paid items are missing in mu order and ulta will not resend them to customers. They will just give a gift card with the value way less than what the gifts values supposed to be. I did not receive what was confirmed on the receipt which is very disappointing, feeling like it was false advertisement and scams. When a customer purchase the products with promotion, they already take into account if their purchase is worth the amount they pay for, so when ulta not fulfilling the order as promised that’s basically a scam. I would never trust Ulta again. This is how they loose valuable customers.

I frequent Ulta on Cumberland Blvd. While customer service has never been even passable, today, March 18, 2024, was particularly incoherent. First of all, I saw only three personnel on the floor. One was happily engaged in small talk with a customer who appeared to be a friend. No help there. Still another was standing behind the checkout counter, digging in her phone. When I approached her to ask if she were open, she said "no", not even bothering to look up. The one person who was actually working was checking out customers. When she was free, I asked her to help me find two products that Ulta carries. She tried to help, but the foolish woman who had been digging in her cell, told her to get back to the counter because she had "customers." Her impertinent admonition invites two questions: What the hell was I, chopped liver? And, why in hell did she not spring into action? When I visit Ulta, I typically spend at least $200.00. I will not enter this store again. The personnel are incompetent, neglectful, and unserious.

Diane was very professional and patient with finding a match for concealer and foundation with my skin. She also was informative with other products. It was a pleasure having her help me. The Hyannis store was also very clean and inviting.

My wife went in for a make over and all the make over artist were very judgmental. I know my wife is no Kardashian But isnt that the reason that customers come in is for you to make them feel like a million bucks so they buy your products. If this is Ultas standards then they have alot of work to do. Need to work on customer service. We wanted to get my wife's hair touched up and done there as well. $57 to $77 for a hair cut and $77 to $97 for a die. My wife called hair cuttery and they charged her $28 for hair cut and $67 for a touch up die.
