Alexa has waited on me several times..I am always there and she is always so friendly and so very helpful!! I have watched her several times when she is the only cashier and she sure can handle the whole line all by herself! It's always a pleasure when she waits on me!!

I made a purchase in-store using my Ulta credit card, which the associate looked up since I didn’t have the physical card. Before paying, I asked about the return policy and was told I could return the item as long as I had my receipt. When I went back a few days later to return it (with my receipt), the store refused because I didn’t have the physical card and said they couldn’t look it up this time. I ordered a replacement card, but it didn’t arrive within their 30-day return window, so now I can only get store credit. It’s really disappointing to receive inconsistent information from different employees. I verified the policy before purchasing, but Ulta didn’t stand behind what I was told. I expected clearer communication and better customer service.

SCAM, I made an order and never received. The tracking number shows not found. After many emails (more than a month), they sent a tracking website (IP number)! which shows my order is another province! They said that your address!!!! I have a screenshot of my order and sent it to them to prove that my order has my address. Although in my order I checked an insured shipment and paid an extra amount, as it shows that the shipment through DHL(3-7 days), but it is all not true

I have placed multiple orders from Ulta this month so I can put together several gift bags for a local shelter. EVERYTHING was well wrapped and arrived safely and quickly. Only one item had an issue and they replaced it right away. I LOVE the quality of everything. I LOVE the bags and makeup kits that are perfect for Christmas! I love the sales and gifts with purchase and it really helped me create the BEST self care bags. I've always love Ulta, have shopped there for years and have never had a bad experience.

ive bought my perfumes, face wash, and makeup their and i like the quality of the stuff and the prices for some stuff might be a bit overpriced but tbhhhh it is a good store if you're going for quality especially for perfume.

The live representatives especially on the chat are no help at all, honestly seems like none of them actually know what they are talking about and just spit back automated messages.

I see why the reviews here are so negative. I received an email from Ulta telling me I got a free birthday gift today Nov. 1. My birthday is next month but the chat bot said to add the gift and it would be free. I added it but they still tried to charge me for it. I haven't done business with company in several years and now I remember why. Steer clear.

Every time I get anything from Ulta it's off the website. I've never had any problems with them and they've always given me my discounts and let me use my rewards. I think they're very great company and their products are amazing..
