Iabsolutely love Ulta beauty! Always the best selection of make up, hair care and other bath accessories at a GREAT price. Customer service is always great! I use to go to Sephora but can get the same stuff at Ulta for way better and affordable price!!

Not one person came to help me in the store. I was there to buy a naked pallet for my daughter, you got a free gift with an urban decal purchase over $40, I get to the check out the girl knows nothing about gift cards and says no we ran out of the gift. Why are the signs up then ? I should have just bought it in Macy's. There people help you and tell you about any promotions gifts ext.

Horrible customer service. They blamed Black Friday and cyber Monday sales for late shipments! Everywhere is busy, Sephora, VS, Macy’s...literally everywhere! Just Ulta can’t deliver their service on time, POOR MANAGEMENT! For gods sakes, you probably won’t get any Black Friday and cyber Monday sale from now on so your warehouse and customer service will be sitting and bite your fingers!

I don't know where all these negative reviews are coming from, that has not been my experience at all. It is not perfect but I don't find it to be horrible at all. In store customer service is a little bit lacking, I feel like the only one helping you Are the ones where you try the make up on so they can try to get you to buy things but as for assisting you with shopping and questions there is a lack of any associates. I received one of the eyeshadow palette I ordered from them, it was their brand, slightly broken. I had taken pictures and called customer service but the pictures were not needed, they took my word for it and immediately shipped out another package. The next package came again broken and at this point I realized it was the quality of their eyeshadow, they refunded me my money and gave me a Store gift card for my troubles as this had been a gift card for my younger family member. So is the merchandise always perfect no, do I love the prices all the time no, but their customer service was pretty good on each occasion. They gave me no hassles and address my issues immediately . I don't love their brand of make up and would not buy it again. They have a good customer reward system which shows that they value their customers. They regularly give coupons and I am up play subscriber from Sephora and I have their shipping program and I have yet to ever receive a coupon from them so overall Ulta is not that horrible. I also appreciate the mix of drugstore and high-end make up which allows the shopping experience to be more affordable, you can purchase your high-end make up and drugstore make up at the same time .

UPDATE - their customer service has contacted me in an attempted to resolve this matter. They can’t make it perfect but it’s a great effort on their part. Shipped my 10 year old step-daughter a makeup kit and comb as a gift from Ulta. Turns out they sold me a makeup kit that was out of stock and then shipped my daughter a $1 comb for her birthday. I’m pretty sure if that’s all She was going to get, I would have just cancelled the order before humiliating ourselves by sending a $1 comb. However, I wasn’t given that opportunity.

I've shopped a5 ulta in st. augustine, fl. since it opened I've spent several hundred dollars there. I haven't been in over year, but went today for black friday. I was buying a $54 urban decay paler among other things to replace my old one. I picked up my pallet, put it in my shopping bag, provided at the entrance of the store, and continued shopping with my mother. About 5 minutes later the security device tied around it started beeping louder and louder started beeping, I wasn't even close to the door. everyone turned and stared at me, but no one came to help. o walked up to an employee who blew me off rudely, without hardly looking at me, and said take it up there pointing to the check out counter. I handed the pallette to the manager and went back to shopping. my mother and I were there for awhile looking at the black Friday sales, and doing our shopping. I was figuring out which items I wanted depending on brand so I picked up and put back several items when I realized the manager was following me aisle to aisle. I had pit back a tart foundation when she approached me and asked if I still wanted the tarte Foundation I said no I changed my mind I set it right there. I am severely offended and felt like setting down my bag and walking out with nothing I did nothing wrong and felt highly disrespected. ulta has just lost a lot of money from me.I plan to call corporate tomorrow. today had all new staff I've never been treated like this before and I'm highly upset

A little pricey compared to other places but overall they have good skin care products.

I’ve always had a good experience in the stores so didn’t think twice about ordering online with them. I should have checked with Consumer Affair’s website and others. 1.5 stars out of 5. They sent an email stating my order was shipped BUT it wasn’t actually shipped for another 4 Days - & that was after I called since the tracking number they gave had no tracking. They told me they were going to re-order & re-ship. But then I received another email that stated I wouldn’t be receiving a new order number after all and that if I didn’t receive the order by the 11/07/2017 to call. Today is 11/08/2017. To day the CustomerCare supervisor I spoke with (April) was the worst. She stated that I “should receive my order by the end of the day 11/08/2017. Since we had MORE THEN HALF OF THE DAY YET TO GO (it was 6 pm in the evening!!!) there was plenty of time left in the day to receive it.” Seriously. I was on the phone with them for 40 minutes! I went to the UPS tracking website myself and it clearly stated that it would not be delivered until 11/09/2017 by the end of the day, 8 pm. EVERY contact I’ve had with their CustomerCare I’ve received bad/incorrect information (with a lot of attitude attached). - If you use the free shipping they offer, be prepared to get a condescending attitude (?! Seriously!?) like you’re the Cinderella step child. It’s silly and immature, let alone unprofessional. Again, unfortunate.
