I've always loved ulta and their products, I recently went there knowing what I wanted an associate approached me and asked me if I needed help she brought me to the product I requested and was very nice and pleasant. I feel as though ulta should train their associates I'm not sure if they already do I must say it wasn't the customer service I was upset with it was what she referred me to use I bought the all nighter concealer and foundation my total cake to 75.00 which I expected but she color matched the foundation I bought to my face and I trusted her so I bought the products and got home and used it the color is completely off to the point I spent $40.00 for no reason so I'd have to say I'm pretty upset and I probably won't be doing much shopping there anymore I'm just really not happy at the fact I bought a high end product to not even be able to use it without making me look orange otherwise I had a pleasant experience but still very unhappy

Ulta in St. Cloud FL is one of the worst store the manager is the most disrespectful person I have ever seen in my life no personality

If I was able to I would give them no stars I would I ordered an online shipment ($187) never received it so looked it up said package was damage so they returned it. After three weeks or so I called to see what was going on and customer service rep let me know it was returned they would refund my account in a couple days. Well a week after that phone call I still was not refunded so I called again another 6-8 minute wait and spoke to another CSR and she put me on hold to review things another 6 minutes on hold so then she offered to resend everything I told her no I spoke to someone a week ago and I never got anything refunded she stated ok we can refund your account but it will take 3-5 bussiness days. Total time on the phone with them was 20 minutes. Then I told her I better not be charged no interest on my card she stated that wasn’t her department I had to call the bank I’m like really you guys need to get it together, this is so upsetting that I have to go around in circles just for you guys to refund my account. I’m so dissappointed I will no longer order anything from ulta I will be closing my account with them and I spend $300-500 yearly with them.

Nearly anytime I enter Ulta in hopes to purchase specific beauty products, I find the shelves to be disappointingly empty. Stock is consistently low. You can ask them to check the back and they may locate your desired product. I’m mystified by why that stock can’t reach the floor. The checkout line is long and requires a wait. Not enough registers are manned. On the other hand....on the high end side....there are many employees stalking you. I was once asked if I needed help 4 times in 8 minutes. I finallly stated...I don’t need help now but how about you open a register when I check out?

I find ulta is a non professional business. For example, i always purchased my skincare, haircare, etc from ulta but rarley very rarely almost never got a sample although i purchased those items comes with a sample or gift, but that never happned for me niether online or in store, saying no supplies!! Second, last few days, there was an offer on an item, around 11am i went to purchase from the store, the manger said it is out of stock, sorry!. 30 minutes later i went through the mall and back again to ula i saw the same item i was asking for!!so why?!besides many other stories unfortunately.

I placed an online order with Ulta using 2000 of my Ulta points & Ulta credit card...something I've done a dozen times before. The system would not let my purchase go through, however. After giving up, I came to realize that I had 2 charges on my credit card. One for the amount using my points and one for the full amount not using my points. However, there was no purchase order. I called customer service and they said they are working on the refund of the two charges and will put in a trouble ticket about the missing order. I received a mail from an Ulta Beauty Guest Services rep in response to the trouble ticket that indicated they revoked my ability to place an order online because supposedly I've gone against their terms & conditions. They advised they cannot accept orders outside of the US. I'm in the US!! I've ordered from them a dozen times before to my US address! I followed up to advise they're mistaken and I was then told that they have "limited visibility on which term is restricting [my] order" and that I still can no longer place online orders with them. If they cannot confirm the term restricting my access, then how can they say its my fault, by way of no longer permitting me to place online orders? Anyway, terrible experience. I responded saying they lost a customer.
