Buyer beware, I placed an online order at 10:30pm to get the free shipping and I looked everything over to make sure it was correct and after I hit send my house number on my address changed from 620 to 20. So I called Ulta in the morning and their response was you better pray that where it ends up the people are nice and send it back or your out the money. They wouldn’t change my address on the shipping told me nothing they could do but call ups after it ships. I don’t understand why you can’t add a 6 to my address. Worst company ever.

Do not go to the ulta in midland mi i in the past bought a face cream got home dried out took back to exchanged young lady who helped said go grab another and she said before she completed the exchanged lets check it and sure enough it was dried out needless to say I’m real skittish in buying another but year later I’m going to try again when I opened up the up the jar after removing it from the box a rude employee said what are you doing don’t touch it I said I want to make sure it wasn’t dried out had it happen before well when I went to go pay and sure enough she was up there and I more thoughly explain to her she dismissed me and she was rude her name tag said Christina if you do venture there avoid her like the plague if you don’t want horrible service

That was my first time Order from Ulta and last time . They having buy one get second one half price of some brands . I had order them and the order been canceled without my knowledge and when I go back to the website again the item is only allowed to purchase single one ! So what is point you running the promotion ! So wast time and disappointment!! Never will come back again!

I highly recommend not ordering from Ulta. Back in September I ordered several products, my order was supposed to be delivered a week later.... The Ulta delivery tracker said that my package was damaged in route to me... NO biggie, accidents happen right? Assuming that Ulta would just resend the package, and it would be re-delivered in a week or so. WRONG! Almost a month and a half after ordering my packages I tried to contact Ulta to see what the hold up was. No one knew what the problem was. Angry and annoyed, I figured I would give them another few weeks to sort it out. Alas, I finally got some answers, and my package was on its way... Nearly two months later..... Of course, I go to get my package today and it is no where to be found. As I check the Ulta Delivery tracker again, I see that my package has been damaged for a SECOND time. Now ultimately this could be due to bad UPS care, or ulta clearly doesn't package their products well enough? Long story short, don't order from ulta if you want your products in a timely manner.

I am writing this review specifically for an employee, Jacob, at the Asheville Mall ULTA. (I haven't shopped very often at ULTA so can't really address their products although the ones I have bought have been just what I needed.) Anyway, the couple of times I have been there I have had the privilege of being assisted by Jacob. He is knowledgeable, funny, helpful and very friendly, makes you feel like you matter and focuses on you. I will continue to shop at ULTA, always looking for him, and perhaps will review the store, products, etc., at a later date! Thanks, Jacob!

Never buy again nothing from then, I buy a mascara and was used totally dry , Never go back to the store,

The new Ulta in St Cloud Florida is great. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, warm and friendly. A special shout out to the hair stylist Nicki and the Mac make-up specialist Manny both did an excellent job with my hair and make-up for a wedding. I will be going back often!

I will never again be a customer of Ulta Beauty. They make it a point to hire rude employees. Their behavior is beyond unacceptable. The supervisors for customer service are trash. The Manager in store at the San Antonio, Texas location in Alamo Ranch. Embarrassed me in front of everyone. Claiming I was wrong on a price. When their display clearly stated it.
