I would like to give zero stars. The customer service is terrible! I had made a purchase that was to receive 2 free gifts valued at over $60+. I added the gifts to my order. I was picking up the other items in store as they were gift and it said the 2 free items were not available for pick up but had to be shipped which was fine. I picked up my items and when I checked on my free items, nothing showed up anymore. I contacted customer service and they tried to say it was my fault and that I did not add to cart. I proved to them that I did, but they just kept sending me the same generic email blaming me. I asked to talk to manager and they just gave me the same generic reply for almost a month. I did report to BBB - I suggest you do as well . They then had manager reach out to offer $20 gift card for their store- which I of course turned down as I will never shop there again. Just terrible the way they treat customers.

I went to their salon for a new hair style. Took a picture of the style and color with me. $ 200 later I walked out of there with a style and color that looked nothing like my picture . I told them I only wanted an inch off the back of my hair and Ithey ended up taking six. Now I feel worse about myself than I did before I went in. I am so disappointed and sick of paying for lousy service.

I would give Ulta Beauty no stars if I could. I tried to buy some makeup for our daughter for Christmas online. Well the bank and MasterCard didn't approve of the way the charge was being processed. So I saved the stuff on my phone. I went down to the store to buy an Ulta gift card and then i tried the purchase again on my phone through there site. It still didn't work. So I walk back into the store for someone to help me, the emplyee used there handheld device to make the purches. But he never confirmed my address, which is pretty important for a Christmas gift. It was all completed and now I am looking at my order getting shipped to a house I lived at over 12 years ago. So I call immediately to cancel the order and have the $$$ returned to the card. They say they don't cancel orders. Change the address is out od the queation to. With numerous emails and just about 2 months later still no refund to her gift card. So I call and Justin from egift card was the only person who was helpful. He saw that this was taking way to long and he got me the $$$ within minutes. He is the only reason they have a star. Not sure why they can't cancel orders or change the address when you call within 20 min of placing the order. I will never ever shop there again. And I will never refer someone to them. I am 100% unsatisfied with there business.

This company's customer service deserves 0 stars. I've never had an issue in store so this review is specifically directed to their over the phone customer service. I placed an order online for a birthday gift that was supposed to get sent to my aunt in a completely different state from where I live. A few days later, the order comes to my address (the billing address)! When I spoke to them and told them their system flipped the billing and shipping addresses they said, once the order has been placed, they cannot modify anything. They cannot take orders over the phone either nor could they compensate me for THEIR system mistake! The supervisor, Amanda (located in Florida), did absolutely NOTHING to correct THEIR error. So now I'm stuck with products I don't need and an aunt without her birthday gifts. They definitely do NOT put their customers first. I also find it ridiculous how they cannot adjust,modify or place orders over the phone or even compensate their customers for an inconvenience which they caused. They just lost another customer.

Matt and fries by the customer service and I do still love got from the store

I ordered from Ulta.com and mistakingly realized that I input my old address for shipping. My fault. Thinking that this would be an easy fix, I went to the website and noticed that I could not correct the shipping address myself or cancel the order. So I called customer service in hopes to change the old address to my new address. It hadn’t even been an hour since I put in my order and the customer service representative said she could not update the address on her end or cancel the order. Uhhhh what?? Then what do I do? So I essentially had to track down my package through UPS and the postal service with no assistance from either end. So what happened? My package was sure enough delivered to my old address and I have no idea how to retrieve it. It’s 4 hours away from where I currently live. Thanks Ulta for having an awful policy on not being able to update addresses. What a strange thing. And my package wasn’t even put together at that point so how could they not cancel it?

Better than sephora when it comes to rewards. Most of the time the workers are really helpful. Only had one bad experience in the store with a manager.

Horrible customer service. My local store at 5504 N Division in spokane has no concept of customer service. If you book a hair appointment you better figure on an extra hour before you get in the chair. I have had the second experience of booking an appointment, being there on time and when I arrive am told they have scheduling issues. I was a diamond reward member and today, I'm done with them. Their manager is young but offers no resolution.
